The Bay View Grand Residential is located in the Jewel of the Pacific:Ixtapa, Mexico. The BVG is a brand new complex. On the premises you will find two large infinity swimming pools, a hot tub, as well as two small pools for children. There are also two outdoor snack bars which serve food in the pool area. For athletic guests, there are tennis courts, a fitness room, a sauna (separate for men and woman), as well as a masseuse on site.
Our Condo is located on the ninth floor which boasts an incredible view of the Pacific, as well as the entire hotel strip. You will enjoy breathtaking sunsets on an almost nightly basis.

Perfect getaway. the condo, the town, the ocean. It's as if I could escape there forever. Clean place. Very well decorated and it just felt natural. Thanks to the owner for the prompt email replies.

We have stayed in this wonderful condo for the past 2 Christmas weeks. Both times or experience has been wonderful and everything was as expected. The owner was very easy to deal with and very responsive. I would highly recommend staying at the Bay View Grand in this unit.

We rented out this condo from 3/13/08-3/20/08. I cannot say enough good things about this condo and the Bayview Grand in general! We've traveled to Ixtapa many times, this is the first year we didn't stay in a hotel. Traveling with 3 kids (9,11,13), I'll never stay in a hotel again. The convenience of having a kitchen is priceless! So nice to always have cold beverages. With the grocery store across the street, very convenient to stock up on whatever you may need. We ate breakfast and lunch in and then always went out for dinner. Saved alot of money! Also nice to have washer/dryer/2 full bathrooms. The staff at the BVG was extremely helpful as well as the staff at Best Properties. There is nothing that could have made this vacation any better than it was, except maybe an extra week down there! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
