  • We spent 2 weeks in this lovely accomodation in late August 2009. As two families with young kids, this accomodation provided a superb location to attend the attractions of the greater Toronto area and surrounding regions. The neighbourhood feels quiet and secure, with a play areas buzzing with children. Roman is very attentive to any request you might have and I would not hesitate to recommend this location for folks wanting to stay in the Toronto region. Truly a home away from home.

  • I chose to rent Romans property because of his positive feedback from previous guests and am only too happy to now add my own positive feedback! I have just returned from Canada after staying four weeks at Romans properties. I was lucky enough to stay at both locations for a couple of weeks each therefore am able to comment on both locations. Both houses were immaculate, very comfortable and with all amenities. Roman is only a phonecall away should you have any queries/problems which gave myself and my family great reassurance as this is the first time I have ever rented this way. If anyone has young children and is thinking to choose one of the properties to rent I would certainly recommend the Erin mills property. My 9 year old son and 11 year old daughter were never short of other kids to play with due to the playpark next to the house! It was often a challenge to get my children in at night as they were having too much fun-highly recommended! We are looking forward to returning to one of Romans properties at the earliest opportunity. The house is exactly as shown in the photographs. I would say to anyone book with the utmost confidence.

  • We just spent a week at this condo and it was a perfect set up for our golf vacation at the courses around Mississauga. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure dealing with Roman and he was very attentive to our requests and suggestions. We would not hesitate recommending this condo to others. It is a great alternative to a hotel.

  • It was the better decision about get some place to stay during our vacation in Toronto, the home is beautiful, located in a nice place, have all service you can need, and the cost is very competitive, the service from they owners so good, as resume from 1 to 10 I evaluate as a 10. We would recommend this house to anyone for short or long term.

  • We rented the townhouse as my entire family came over to Canada from Romania. We were extremely pleased with the house, the conditions and the location. We had everything we needed in the house, everything was very clean. I have been traveling and rented a lot but this one was the best experience I have ever had. Thanks Roman for making the holidays such a nice experience and we will definitively be in touch when my family will come visit us again.
