The top two levels is a 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house with two huge balconies with the BEST views (1600 square feet). The ground floor is a 700 square foot 1 bedroom apartment with its own stainless and granite kitchen, king size bed and flat screen t.v.'s. (Sleeps up to 4 with its queen Futon sofa). Pets are welcome less than 40 lbs.$20 per night.

I was looking for a Port Aransas house to buy as an investment, as Port Aransas is the absolute best beach town in Texas. Also as an excuse to go to the beach more often. after looking at several houses I was shown this house and I made an immediate offer while at the house!
