The top two levels are a 3 bedroom 2 bath beach home (1600 square feet - sleeps 8) with two huge balconies that have the BEST views. The ground floor is a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment (700 square feet - sleeps 4) with its own stainless and granite kitchen, queen size bed, queen futon and flat screen t.v.'s. In the off-season or winter, the home and the apartment can be rented separately or together, but they must be rented together as a single 4 bedroom 3 bath unit during peak-season dates and events.
Enjoy the ocean view and hear the relaxing sounds of the waves from this beautiful 5 year old home just steps from the beach in Sand Point. This beach community is the newest and coolest, located in the HEART OF PORT ARANSAS, (not way down Hwy 361), so it's less than five minutes away from Port A's local restaurants/shops, and next door to the "Beach Lodge", the only beach front restaurant and bar on the island.
We are also THE PRIME LOCATION for SandFest which is an international sand sculpting competition held each year in April. It takes place right next to the Sand Point neighborhood's private boardwalk over the dunes so you can even see the event from the home.

Master suite with king bed and private deck has an awesome gulf and beach view along with a wonderful Jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has queen bed. Third bedroom now has four twin bunks. - The main level of our home is a 3/2 with two balconies.. there is also a totally self sufficient 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with granite and stainless steel kitchen (sleeps 4). Several board games and DVD movies to watch.

Why the Owner Chose Sand Point
I was looking for a Port Aransas house to buy as an investment since Port A is absolutely the best beach town in Texas. Also it's a great excuse to get to the beach more often. After looking at several houses I was shown this house and I made an immediate offer while at the house!
The Unique Benefits at this House
It has everything you will ever need except your bathing suit. Pool, hot tub, beach, outdoor shower, three baths, four bedrooms, six tv's, two kitchens, two huge decks, and lets not forget the view.

This property works perfectly for our group. Kitchen is well supplied. Bedrooms are set up well and maintained. The downstairs apartment is great for groups with older kids, who think they have a beach house to themselves! The management is friendly and efficient. The best thing? CLOSE to the beach! We always rent a golf cart; this property is close enough to the beach that the golf cart doesn't have to go on the highway (which is SCARY! LOL). Nice beach views for morning coffee.

Sure most places have a coffee maker, and maybe a toaster but do they also have a blender, can opener and shrimp deveiner? And are they fully stocked with complete cookware, dinnerware, glassware and silverware along with complete bedding linens and towels for the number of guests the home accommodates, as well as brand name dish soap, Tide laundry detergent, body wash, Cascade dishwashing detergent, coffee filters, trashbags, paper towels and high quality toilet paper? Sand Point Joint has all this and more without a cleaning fee, booking fee or any other kind of fee fee! Give Sand Point Joint a try and see how it works perfectly for your family too.
