My husband grew up on Point of Rocks Road, which is very close to the condo. I chose the location for that reason. The condo far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful tile floor throughout, beautifully tiled bathrooms and gorgeous kitchen countertops. All the rooms are large and have large, new TV's. Don is very helpful and if you have a problem he'll respond very quickly. We are rebooking for next year. I can't recommend a location more highly.

Great Thanksgiving getaway! Very clean and well stocked, especially having beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs there. Updates in condo were as good a home, with an abundance of towels. Owner was excellent to work with. Hopefully, we get to return next year.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have stayed at several condos and this one was one of the nicest and cleanest. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly the way the unit looks. This is the second time we've been to Siesta Key and we will return again soon and stay at this same condo. Dan is very helpful and was great at emailing me back right away. Overall, this was one of our best family vacations we've ever had and staying at a wonderful condo such as Dan's makes it even easier to enjoy the vacation. When it comes to chosing condos we are very picky and I truely cannot say enough great things about the condo, working with Dan and the beach!

We just returned from spending the July 4th week here and had a GREAT time with our 3 grandchildren, two boys ages 11 and a girl age 7. The condo had everything you could possible needed, very luxious, and well maintained. Dan was a pleasure to work with and takes pride in his units. The beach is beautiful with cool powder white sand and clear caribbean blue water. Between the condo, the beach, water, beautiful sunsets, and quaint Siesta Key Village you feel like you are in paradise. It is really a wonderful place for anyone to vacation and the condo is truly a home away from home. We've already booked for next year and can't wait til summer gets here again.

Just got back from a weeks stay here at this Condo. All I can say is wonderful!!! The photos show exactly what it is like, the condo was clean and beautiful and the views are breathtaking!! The owner is very helpful when you go to book your vacation and you definitely won't be disappointed. I would recommend staying here to anyone. GREAT location and what you see is what you get!

These accomodations were absolutely the best we've experienced. It was very large living area, bedroom and baths were every as nice as what you have at home (maybe nicer)! Having a washer dryer in the unit was a bonus! The owner was so very helpful in getting us any additional things we needed (for our 2year old grandchild). He even responded to us at midnight when we arrived!! The view was breathtaking AND the beach was so very clean. We did see dolphins from our lanai! I can't think of another thing they could have provided and I would recommend it as the top place to stay!
