Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location on the beach and the view. Siesta Key is very low-key and the beaches are so wide it never feels too crowded. There is a cute, beachy village on the north end with restaurants and bars, and Sarasota is a short drive away. The condo is nicely renovated with granite countertops, tile floors and bathrooms. The included computer and printer/fax were unique in a rental and a useful feature. Three very large-screen TV's were excellent. The furnishings, however, were just okay -- a bit old fashioned and on the cheap side. This could easily be much improved. Too many fake plants, wrought iron wall hangings, cheap lamps and pictures. The leather couch, chair and ottoman were fine. The bed covers could be updated to pure white, which is always more appealing in a rental. The sheets were soft and good, but the pillows could be improved. We couldn't use the ceiling fan in the master because it made too much noise. Dan probably would have had it fixed if we had mentioned it to him. He was extremely responsive when we called about fixing the screens on the lanai, and a minor problem with bugs. This may sound like too much criticism, but Dan encourages feedback and seems earnest in his desire to improve his properties. We're coming back next year and will stay longer, so that is the best indicator of how we felt about the place overall!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful beach. Gorgeous view from our condo,but it was very dark. The furnishings were so dark and overpowering not what you would expect. Furnishings also somewhat tired except for the kitchen appliances which were newer . The cleaning service had done a fair job but food under the table and giant dust bunnies other places. We would rent from Dan Morgan again because he was helpful and prompt with requests and needs just not that unit.

Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very dirty. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Morgan Properties is a pleasure to work with for reservations. Having stayed at this condo last year, I was expecting the same quality & conditions again. Unfortunately, the floors were dirty & hair balls were stuck to the bedroom furniture feet. The lanai floor is also filthy and the screen ripped. There was no additional toilet paper after the two half rolls were used and a travel pack of tissues just don't cut it. The master shower also did not drain. Two nights, we had to chase huge brown bugs in the master closet and in the kitchen. Unfortunately, quality didn't match price with this condo.

Had a wonderful stay at Crystal Sands 702. The condo was exactly as shown on VRBO. Especially liked the fact that the condo was very quiet. No problem sleeping at night. Views were phenomenal and beach right there for the asking. Having a computer and printer were very convenient especially since our visit was to explore retirement opportunities. Thank you Dan and Rudy for your help and advice. Definitely will return again, for even longer.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Morgan Properties made sure that even the smallest detail was not overlooked. We enjoyed the view from the lanai every day. The view was looking out over the Gulf. What a good way to start your day! The Crystal Sands was not far from many of the activities. The beach has pretty white sand and the water was extremely clear. We would love to come back for another visit.

We stayed in this condo with our 3 daughters and a few of their friends. We have stayed at Crystal Sands before and this was definitely our favorite place. Clean, Lots of room and laid out well. We will go back without a doubt.

This little gem provides everything we need to have an enjoyable and flawless vacation. From the amenities to the view of the beach, we couldn't ask for anything else. Dan also provides all of the information needed to ensure his guests are fully informed about the condo and provides a comprhensive list of amenities and things to do in the surrounding area. We stayed at Dan's 702 property the first week of June. Prior to arrival, Dan was very easy to work with. He was prompt in returning any communication, and he was very helpful. We have been to Siesta Key before, and we were excited to stay in this unit. We were absolutely thrilled with our choice!! The unit is astonishing. From the decor to the amenities provided by Dan, we could not have asked for a better condo. We were in LOVE with the unit. We vacation often, and this was definitely one of the best experiences we have had. We will definitely be back to one of these fine units again in the near future. Siesta Key is amazing, a place we would love to retire. This condo added to our love of this beautiful beach!!

Our family just returned from a week long vacation at this gorgeous condo in Siesta Key, and words cannot express how wonderful our experience was! With beautiful amenities and awesome views, it was everything we had hoped for and more! Thank you to Dan at the Morgan Properties Group for renting this beautiful property to us, and for all of the helpful information you provided to help make our stay at Crystal Sands easy and no-hassle! This was our first visit to Siesta Key, and we fell completely in love with it and cannot wait to get back!

Agree totally with the other reviews. Very comfy and roomy condo which is well maintained and updated beautifully with a stupendous view. The beach is awesome and the area is very nice. Dan was very nice to work with. The only problem is that I wish I was still there!

My husband grew up on Point of Rocks Road, which is very close to the condo. I chose the location for that reason. The condo far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful tile floor throughout, beautifully tiled bathrooms and gorgeous kitchen countertops. All the rooms are large and have large, new TV's. Don is very helpful and if you have a problem he'll respond very quickly. We are rebooking for next year. I can't recommend a location more highly.

Great Thanksgiving getaway! Very clean and well stocked, especially having beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs there. Updates in condo were as good a home, with an abundance of towels. Owner was excellent to work with. Hopefully, we get to return next year.

We have stayed at several condos and this one was one of the nicest and cleanest. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly the way the unit looks. This is the second time we've been to Siesta Key and we will return again soon and stay at this same condo. Dan is very helpful and was great at emailing me back right away. Overall, this was one of our best family vacations we've ever had and staying at a wonderful condo such as Dan's makes it even easier to enjoy the vacation. When it comes to chosing condos we are very picky and I truely cannot say enough great things about the condo, working with Dan and the beach!

We just returned from spending the July 4th week here and had a GREAT time with our 3 grandchildren, two boys ages 11 and a girl age 7. The condo had everything you could possible needed, very luxious, and well maintained. Dan was a pleasure to work with and takes pride in his units. The beach is beautiful with cool powder white sand and clear caribbean blue water. Between the condo, the beach, water, beautiful sunsets, and quaint Siesta Key Village you feel like you are in paradise. It is really a wonderful place for anyone to vacation and the condo is truly a home away from home. We've already booked for next year and can't wait til summer gets here again.

Just got back from a weeks stay here at this Condo. All I can say is wonderful!!! The photos show exactly what it is like, the condo was clean and beautiful and the views are breathtaking!! The owner is very helpful when you go to book your vacation and you definitely won't be disappointed. I would recommend staying here to anyone. GREAT location and what you see is what you get!
