Brand New and Full Renovation in the Fall of 2011 ! Our one bedroom / two bath home - 38A is Ground floor on the preferred Greenbelt with great views of the Pacific Ocean. Located in the adored Wailea Ekahi Village, guests keep coming back for the great service, accessibility to Keawakapu Beach and beautiful landscaping throughout the complex.
There are four pools conveniently located throughout Ekahi Village. Three are designated "quiet" pools are great for sunbathing, reading, relaxing, or taking a quick swim to cool off. The main pool has been renovated and is adjacent to the beach. There are ample lounge chairs and additional seating at the pavilion right by the pool. This is a beautiful spot to enjoy, no matter what time of day!
Our non-smoking condo is fully air conditioned (in the bedroom and the living room). We also get good breezes and have ceiling fans throughout the condo if you choose not to use the air conditioning. Our home has been fully remodeled including new furniture, wonderful artwork, and gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. You can even enjoy a great ocean view from the kitchen sink !
Aside from the beautiful ocean views, there are many other things we have added to make sure your stay is the best ever! There is comfortable seating throughout and plenty of storage space, full linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, portable cooler, and a few beach toys. There are two flat screen cable TVs, DVD player, stereo with CD player, and High-Speed internet with WiFi. There is a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a gas grill out on the spacious lanai. If you would rather grill with charcoal, you can use the charcoal barbeque at the Wailea Ekahi pavilion by the main pool.
The condominium is less than a mile from the beautiful Shops at Wailea where there are a myriad of shops, renowned art galleries, great restaurants to explore and much, much more. Whether you want to eat in, barbeque, or eat out - the options with our maui vacation condo are endless!

This comfy one bedroom is spacious and airy. The A/C came in VERY handy on hot days. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and made for amazing snorkeling. The property is very quiet with all the comforts of home; the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The restaurants of Kihei are a walk/short drive away - while surrounding hotels and mall of Wailea offer tons of options for shopping and eating. It was a perfect getaway!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
