This is THE premiere unit in Tidelands on the Intracoastal. No detail has been overlooked in the creation and decorating of this corner northeast facing unit, decorated in a palm motif. Every luxury amenity in the kitchen and bath is built-in for extreme comfort and convenience. Get an awe-inspiring view of the intracoastal and the huge pool / cabana area from any of the 5 windows facing north and east, or from your two hurricane-proof sliding glass doors. You can pop down one flight of stairs to reach the pool, or watch the kids play in the splash zone from the comfort of your living room or lanai.
Want to experience REAL Florida nature? Take a walk outside your door along the three miles of lit trails that encircle the property, along the intracoastal, up to the finger channel to the north and back around. Stop in the clubhouse for a burger or soft drink, or hit the gym that's outfitted with new treadmills, stair machines and free-weights. There's bacci ball, a regulation size pool table, air hockey, foosball, a big screen HD tv and social room in the clubhouse, or, shoot some baskets or volley a few on the tennis courts, all included in your stay. The home itself is fully upgraded with designer tile throughout, except for cushy Berber carpet in the bedrooms. If you decide to take a tour away from this luxury abode, glorious Cinnamon beach is just a short bike ride or drive over the causeway (remember, bikes are included in the owner's storage unit). The Club at Hammock Beach is just over the bridge, or you can visit European Village, and be transported 6-thousand miles away to your very own Palm Coast piazza, with 5 unique restaurants, shops, a wine tasting shoppe, cigar store, convenience store and a health food market. You can even pick up an out of town newspaper and your Florida Lottery tickets there while you enjoy a real Italian gelato. On weekend, you'll often find live entertainment or special events there.
For sleeping arrangements, there are 2 king beds, one queen, a queen sleeper sofa and a queen sized air mattress with air pump. All rooms have TV/DVD and there are a selection of DVD movies to view plus books, games and cards. There's plenty of parking too.

- Only 20 minutes to historic St. Augustine where horse-drawn carriages are a common sight on the cobblestone streets of our country's oldest city. Only 30 minutes to Daytona Beach where you can enjoy Speed Week and Bike Week each year and 20 minutes to St Augustine. Disney and Universal Studios as well as Sea World, Orlando are 60 miles or 90 minutes away. Can certainly do a one-day run and come home.

Owners Joe and Mariah hope to retire here one day. Please take good care of our home, we hope you love it as much as we do.
Palm Coast Florida was the fastest growing city in the country in 2005 and 2006 and it's the closest I-95 comes to the ocean in the state of Florida. We think it's an ideal location to vacation and to raise a family. Daytona Beach Community College is one mile away and the FAA training center is nearby.
Why the Owner Chose Palm Coast
Palm Coast FL is an undiscovered paradise. It has the most beautiful cinnamon beaches and stunning sunrises. Golf if plentiful in Palm Coast, yet so it boating, fishing and swimming. There are world class restaurants nearby, and resort communities to join if you wish. World Famous Daytona Beach is only 30 minutes from our door, so the races are convenient without being a hassle. The historic St. Augustine is just 20 minutes north, Florida's oldest city has horse drawn carriages and historic buildings with unique architecture. At Palm Coast, you are worlds away from civilization unless you don't wish to be, in which case, a drive to Walt Disney World or Sea World can be done in just over an hour.
