Chautauqua Institution, a gated Victorian lakeside community is only a 10 minute drive away-where concerts,lectures,drama,opera,ballet and a variety of classes abound.

The quaint village of Bemus Point is one mile down the street..fine dining, unique shops, floating stage entertainment and festive night life. Clean laundromat and convenience store are 1/8 mile down the road. Historic Midway Park is the 15th oldest, continually operating amusement park in the nation and is close by.

  • This is the cleanest, coziest cottage we've found on Chautauqua Lake. We loved the long dock and the fishing was great! The outdoor grill added to our enjoyment and we loved the entire week, (although the weather was cold by Florida standards). We hope to return next summer

  • We had a great time in this cottage. It is attractive, very clean, and very well supplied with all of the necessities, including wireless internet and at least one bottle opener. Loved walking out onto the dock . The owners are very pleasant and accommodating. A very good experience .
