This beautiful two bedroom two bathroom condo was recently purchased and renovated. It features 18" tile
flooring, new appliances, new kitchen and new furniture. There is a new deck off of the master bedroom and the living room. The deck has a Southern exposure view of the ocean and is just perfect for watching the waves roll in or enjoying a cocktail in the evening. Stroll down the private walkway to the beach where you can enjoy lots of room to play. This beach is not crowded like many along the coast. Or, maybe you would enjoy just relaxing and taking in the view from the oceanfront pool.
We fell in love with Amelia Island on our first trip and we are sure you will too! This unit is a rare find for those of you traveling with children. We have equipped our condo with a Pack-n-Play and a Highchair.
We have an on-line calendar and it is always current. Please feel free to check availability. We also have two other properties on the island, so if this one is not available, we may still have a place for you! One of the properties is in the exact same complex and the other is in Summer Beach Resort.
This condo is co-owned by a cancer survivor and 10% of the rental income is donated to The American Cancer Society and Wishes Can Happen.
