Husband and I stayed for five days in this lovely condo unit. After all these years of renting houses and condos in Maine and Florida, we finally found something that totally lived up to our expectations. 1. Pictures quite accurate 2. Liked paying with Google checkout 3. Location is superior with gorgeous beach views from the 5th floor. 4. Location quiet. It's not a resort; it's a large condo facility, with some units rented by owners. So, no annoying distractions. 5. Owner provided all kinds of useful information and equipment. 6. Very tasteful furnishings, clean, up to date. 7. Lots of fluffy clean towels as well as beach towels. 8. Wireless service very dependable. If I had one suggestion, it would be to invest in down alternative pillows. They would suit the quality of everything else employed in this lovely unit. The present pillows aren't flexible or comfortable enough. That is the ONLY thing I can come up with that was not 'excellent.'

This is our second stay in a !Morgan property in Crystal Sands. Both properties were impeccable and I would not hesitate to recommend them. We loved that they now have keyless entry on the door; it made it so nice not to have to worry about keys! This condo is fully updated with the best of everything; stainless steel appliances, tile floors and bathrooms, flat screen TV's in all rooms, plus a computer and wireless access. I just can't say enough about how nice these units are, and having stayed in them we are spoiled and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

My husband and I and another couple stayed in this lovely condo. It was exactly like the photos. The view was incredible, the condo perfect. Dan at Morgan Properties was great to rent from and he has truly thought of every detail. Yes, there are coolers for the beach, nice beach towels, a pop up cabana to use. While we didn't use the computer or printer, they are a very thoughtful & unexpected touch. The condo complex itself is well maintained and in a great spot. The best thing to me was how absolutely CLEAN this condo is. I am very picky and usually end up precleaning every other condo or home that we have rented. Not this condo, it was spotless! We wouldn't hestiate to return to Siesta Key and we highly recommend using Morgan Properties!

We recently stayed at Crystal Sands 504 and not only were the accommodations top-notch but the ocean view was the BEST in Florida!! In addition to the usual amenities, Morgan Properties provided us with a pop-up beach cabana, beach towels, and a computer w/ printer and fax. While this might not sound like a big deal, we have in fact stayed at pricer accommodations and melted in the hot Fla. sun when sitting on the beach (not complaining, just making a point) had to bring beach towels from home, and did not have the luxury of printing our departing boarding passes in advance. While these amenities might not be important to others, they were a great bonus to us. Morgan Properities was also great to rent from and cared about its guests. At one point the garbage disposal was not working but after I sent out a quick email, Dan Morgan responded immediately to notify me that he would be sending over a repair person in the morning. In closing, another bonus to Crystal Sands is that it is a located a distance from the noisier and more crowded public beach so....if any/all of this appeals to you, then don't hesitate, as as 504 will not disappoint!

We stayed at this unit in May and it was fantastic! The building is very well maintained, the unit is outfitted with everything you could think of, even beach towels and umbrella. And that view, amazing. The beach was outstanding, perfect for our toddlers- the water doesn't drop suddenly and the waves are gentle. The heated pool was such a nice little bonus to have - we went every day and it was never crowded or loud. We went to dinner at Yoder's one night, delicious home-cooking. We also visited the Siesta Key Village, lots of fun touristy shops there. The "Morgan" units were recommended to me by a friend and I have also told many friends about the condo. Dan was a pleasure to deal with, in fact, we just re-booked for next year!

Great oceanfront condo!

Our family of five enjoyed a fabulous vacation in Siesta Key and, in large part, that was due to this wonderful condo. Dan has furnished it with high end finishes that include granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry and attractive furniture. We were delighted with the oceanfront location and view from every part of the condo. Having the two bedroom suites separated by the living area was a nice way to allow for privacy and we appreciated having the laundry within the unit. The supply of towels and kitchenware were abundant and everything was very clean and well maintained. Dan was very prompt and easy to communicate with when setting up this rental. We will definitely seek out this condo on any return trips to Siesta Key!

Amazing sunset views, Great location

My wife and two kids stayed in this unit last February. Great Weather and even better views! The sunsets are amazing on Siesta Key, this property gives you the best seat in the house. Plenty of space for the four of us. Kitchen and furnishing where top notch. We have stayed in the village and and as far south as Turtle beach. Location, views, and quality of the unit made this one of our most memorable stays on the key. Two thumbs up
