One bedroom living space on the main floor. - Lake Chelan Vacation Rental New 2007 one bedroom very private cottage overlooking Lake Chelan. From this property you can enjoy viewing the activities of Lake Chelan; Lady of the Lake, Sea Planes to Stehekin, boat traffic, parasailing, hang glinding and the sunsets. The city of Chelan is 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes walk. The cottage is located below a garage that is used for boat storage. There is no water access from the cottage. It sits above private properties on the lake which may or may not have private access to the water. There is public lake access from the Chelan City Park and the two city marinas plus you have Mill Bay Marina and Manson Community Park. There are three Golf Courses within 5 miles. Parking for two cars. Payment instructions: We would require 1/2 down as a deposit with the remainder due 30 days out. Full refund is available until May 31st. After June 1st a refund is given less $300.00.
