The oversized balcony welcomes you to view glorious winter sunsets and fabulous views of the emerald coast. If you look long enough you will see fishing boats, parasailing and dolphins. The world class Sandestin Spa and Resort is just 2 miles away and the restaurant selection seems endless.
The Emerald Coast is well known for many activitites such as surfing, biking and dining. Shopping is a mere mile away at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, but don't let the "outlet" fool you. There are numerous high end stores you normally don't find like a Viking Stove Outlet and many others.
Surfside resort has long been "the" destination of choice for beach travelers because of the wonderful location and many ammenitites that include an on site restaurant, beach bar, exercise facility and sports deck. Next door is the well known Seascape Golf Course and Emerald Bay Golf Club is just a five minute drive.
Everything is well appointed in Surfside 404. The kitchen is well equipped for in room dining and you will have your own washer and dryer should you need to do a little washing prior to going home. All the beds are very comfortable and each room has a view through the floor to ceiling sliding doors. The balcony is quite expansive and offers a view of the glorious green waters and crystal white sand with a bay view from the back of the lanai.

We really enjoyed staying at this unit on Labor Day weekend in 2011! It was just beautiful. The view was awesome: both bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room have a wall length glass slide doors that lead to the apartment length balcony with the ocean view. We especially enjoyed having candlelight dinners on the balcony as it's equipped with the table and chairs that sits 4. There is also a large dining room table and a breakfast bar & table in the apartment. This unit is beautifully decorated in safari theme and equipped with all necessary utensils, towels and even beach chairs, umbrellas and floats! Very clean, cozy and nice. There is a pool, 2 hot tubs and a sauna outside on the premises of the building as well as a gym, a spa and a restaurant inside. The beach is 3-4 min walk across the overpass bridge. The owners are friendly and accommodating. We certainly would return here again!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Six friends and I stayed at this condo Thursday through Sunday. Even though it was windy and cloudy while we were there the condo made up for the poor weather. There was plenty of room for everyone, we had a beautiful view of the beach (and direct access to it), and there were many restaurants within walking distance. I already have recommended this condo to my friends.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
