The beautiful Gulf of Mexico is near the front door of this home, which is conveniently located between Fort Myers and Naples. The condominium complex is on a peninsula with views of the sunset to the west, from the lanai; and views of the backwater and sunrise from the master and guest bedroom balcony.
The condominium complex has an enticing 80 foot kidney shaped pool right on the six mile beach. Two tennis courts are on the tip of the peninsula with views and sounds to match. There is an exercise room, pool room, ping pong room and more. The complex grounds are maintained like a garden.
Our vacation home has three bedrooms. One has a murphy bed and also serves as a den. There are two bathrooms, four TV's and VCR's, stereo system, a screened lanai and a balcony off the master and second bedroom. The MBR has a king size bed and the other is a queen. The unit has just been redecorated.
There is access to Lover's Key State Recreation area by kayak or canoe and Estero Bay by boat. Lover's Key Beach is rated #4 in Florida by the Travel Channel. Choose from airboat adventures, Caribbean gardens, dozens of public golf courses, dozens of restaurants and shops. Walk the beach, hunt for shells, fish or swim. When you are tired, sit by the ocean side pool and soak in the sun and the sounds of the waves.

Why the Owner Chose Bonita Beach
We loved Colorado and the mountains. My wife said views were the most important. Our views are exceptional. Our cabin is centrally located in Colorado for winter or summer activities yet private enough to feel like we are really away from it all. Fairplay is a quaint mountain town and offers all the basics without the traffic.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love getting up in the morning and gazing at the continental divide or the valley.It is so peaceful, quiet and private. In the summer, a favorite moment is to sit on the south deck with a cup of coffee. As the day progresses we enjoy sitting on the west deck and watching the sunset over the mountains. During the summer the wind is fresh and the sun is warm. During the winter the fireplace warms our heart. Any time of year the nighttime stars are amazing.
