  My wife and I stayed here for a few days in November. We sipped wine while looking at the Eiffel Tower from the living room window of this fabulous Penthouse. The location is great for access to public transportation or just strolling the neighborhood and enjoying the many nearby restaurants and shops. Paula (the owner) made sure we had everything needed to enjoy our stay and navagate our way through Paris. We highly recommend this for a great Parisian holiday!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  "We cannot thank you enough for providing such a wonderful apartment for our week here. You have gone all out decorating this place and your attention to details really shows: The views, the Ipod dock for music, the wonderful shower and bathroom, the market in grenelle, the conveniences in the area. LPR is a very special place -- as is Paris -- and we hope return.

  "We have enjoyed our stay in Paris and at LPR. Your apartment is amazing. You have thought of everything to help our stay be as comfortable as possible. Kelly (the property manager) was very friendly and helpful We only wish we could stay longer. If (when) we visit Paris again we would want to stay here."

  "What a wonderful two-week visit! This apartment 'is' the heart of Paris. Everything you say about the apartment is true. All the comforts of home. I had my morning ritual of running around the Eiffel Tower at 5:30 a.m. -- what an experience. Of course, the lights of the Eiffel Tower at nights were the tops. Thank you for a true French experience."

  "My 14-year-old daughter Shea and I have had a wonderful time. The apartment is perfect! So much better than a hotel. Thank you so much for all the little niceties that make such a difference -- computer, cell phone, free calling to the U.S., etc. We will return for sure."

  "I am writing this note of thanks as I look out of the office window at the lit up Eiffel Tower. In a few hours it will be light and we will be on our way to the airport for our journey home. We've enjoyed LPR more than you can imagine! We've been inside sick for three days and we've had ALL of the comforts of home -- the little things you can't get at a hotel. Thanks for thinking of the special details like the thick fluffy towers, a fully functioning kitchen and office, tea (lots of tea :-)), biscuits and chocolates. Our favorite aspect has been our personal light show from the Eiffel Tower each night. It never got old and seemed different every time we looked at it. Thank you for letting us call your wonderful home our home for a week."

  "We spent a superb month at LPR, a perfect spot for both work and play in Paris. As 'foodies' we especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and open-air market a few blocks from the apartment. Easting in was was a pleasure with such a marvelous light show and view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is so tastefully designed, such an excellent use of space. We travel in Europe every year and LPR really feels spacious and well-designed compared to other accommodations. I'm sure we'll be back."

  "This is our fourth visit to Paris and the first time to stay in an apartment. It has been a great experience for us and it was wonderful to come back after a busy day and not have to go out. We cooked in every evening and enjoyed our quiet dinners with wine 'at home'. The views of the Eiffel Tower really climaxed the evenings and made us feel truly 'in Paris.'"

  "This is our first time visiting Paris and staying at LPR made our trip relaxing and memorable! All the amenities in the apartment, the neighborhood, the restaurants, the Metro and, of course, the view of the Eiffel Tower. We LOVED it! The only glitch was upon returning one day mid afternoon, we noticed that there was no cold water and the toilets wouldn't flush. We called Kelly (the property manager) and she come over and found out workers had shut off the water (apparently they were doing work in the building) but didn't turn it back on. She had it figured out and back in business in an hour. She is great to take care of this beautiful apartment and we enjoyed her company. Thanks again for a magnificent stay and we would definitely come back again."

  "This is our second stay at LPR -- and it won't be our last. We feel less like tourists and more like we're part of the neighborhood with each passing day. Between the nearby food market on Sunday and Wednesday (worth a trip in itself) and the wonderful shops nearby and on Rue du Commerce, we went out to dinner only once. The Picard frozen food story was an unexpected pleasure. We hate to leave, but Provence and Burgundy beckon . . . Until next time."

  "What an amazing two weeks in your Paris penthouse. All of your special touches made us feel right at home. So many memorable moments: our first night with a vibrant sunset from the apartment, then the incredible view of the Bastille Day fireworks, and many homemade feasts with fresh produce from the street market nearby, then all the kind of people as we attempted the 'French experience' on the colorful Metro, and, last but not least, the friendly neighbors who made us feel like we lived here. We will miss Paris and we are so glad that our first experience was such a dream come true."

  "What a wonderful place in a great city. The world-class attractions speak for themselves, but as great as they are we loved your neighborhood. A big part of Paris is walking through the little streets with shops, the Wednesday and Saturday open-air market with fruit and vegetables stands, as well as bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. Being only five minutes from three Metro stations gives easy access to all of Paris, and then to come home to a comfortable apartment, with a bath, in the comfort of your 'own' space makes for a perfect day. Thanks again Paula. We had a perfect trip."

  "Thank you for sharing your divine apartment with us. We were very comfortable and loved the attention to detail throughout the apartment. This is our first time to Paris and we truly felt like Parisiens living here. Everything is so conveniently located -- the Metro, Monoprix supermarket, cute restaurants, etc. We will definitely visit Paris again and hope to stay in this next among the clouds."

  "We LOVED your lovely apartment. Our four days here were over far too quickly. The space is so cozy -- far more comfortable than the web photos show. And you've thought of everything to make your guests feel right at home -- the coffee maker, internet, spare towels, stocked kitchen . . . We could go on and on.   "This was our second trip to Paris. We definitely will not stay in a cramped hotel room ever again after experiencing your wonderful place. We enjoyed the local patisserie, as well as the easy access to the Metro and ATM. We appreciated the introduction to the apartment by your property manager. We especially enjoyed listening to Andrea Bocelli and all the other music on your MP3 stereo system. We hope we'll be visiting you again. Your apartment is truly a little dream in the clouds and greatly enhanced our stay."

  "We wanted to thank you for helping us have a magnificent time in Paris. The apartment filled and went above our highest expectations. The view of the Eiffel Tower and the fact that the Metro station was so close overjoyed us. After a long day of sightseeing it was nice to come home to a cozy apartment and feel comfortable. We also loved the neighborhood. It has so much character and everything is close. We had a great time."

  "We just wanted you to know our experience at LPR has been more than 'what the pictures showed'. The little things, such as good pillows, easy-listening music on the iPOD, a bottle of wine on arrival, internet access in the office, long distance phone availability, were fantastic. You have addressed all of our needs and wants -- and then some !!! We will certainly pass your name onto our friends and travel agent."
