This is a great location for road cyclists, mountain bikers, kayakers and hikers. Also, for those looking for a romantic getaway or a quite place to retreat.

There is lots of room outside for your bikes, kayaks or other outdoor gear. This property is across the street from thousands of acres of BLM-public lands, and the Tahoe National Forest. The South Fork of the Yuba River is 4.5 through this beautiful part of the forest. In Nevada City, take a horse drawn carriage ride, see a live play, or eat at one of the many fine restaurants.
