  Super condo, all the amendities! Perfect for our buzzing family of six. The lanai was large, with an excellent view of the ocean. The apartment was stocked with boogie boards, towels, and fun toys for the beach! The entire apartment was very well decorated and extremely clean. We loved the kitchen! Bathrooms were modern and very clean! The walk to the beach was less than 5 mins! Thanks Karina!! :)

  The owner is very communicative and personal. I felt like that I have known Karina many many years even I have never met her. The condo staffs are friendly and very helpful, too. Yes, the place, both property and unit, is very nicely done. Clean, comfortable, and stylish! The kitchen amenities are up to my standards. Dish/Laundry soaps are provided. Water toys are there to use. We enjoyed snorkeling at Kamaole III beach; many fish at 4-6 feet depth, spotted a turtle on the right side of the beach (Kamaole point?) Bring your own masks and snorkels; we borrowed the fins from the condo. Ono Gelato and Maui Gelato (same owner) were very good, especially "Lilikoi goat cheese" and "Basil" ones. We found a green mango on the ground at the property and it was the sweetest mango we ever had. Our young kids and teen enjoyed the pools (about 80F) and spa, also in-room WiFi. The lobby has few PCs and a printer; you can print your boarding pass. BBQ grills were nice and clean; just you need to carry everything to the BBQ place. We would like to come back, not just because the place is nice but because of the owner. Thank you very much, Karina!

  We had such a fantastic time in Maui and loved our condo! It had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen is completely stocked and there are lots of beach toys, chairs, coolers, towels, etc. We didn't want for anything. Lovely views of the ocean and mountain from the lanai. We really enjoyed the pool, as well. We would go back in a heartbeat and stay at this beautiful condo. The owners are so kind and helpful. I will recommend this place to anyone that wants to go to Maui. It was one of the best vacations we ever had and having such a great place to stay made it that much easier and enjoyable! Thank you again!

  What can I say about Maui other than we absolutely LOVED IT and we can't wait to return! This condo is awesome! Well equipped and beautifully decorated, the kitchen has everything you need with top of the line appliances. We hosted many dinners for our family of 10 here. Karina is excellent to deal with, went out of her way for our requests from the time we booked to the time of our stay and then some. Spent many mornings on the lanai sipping coffee with an ocean view and evenings relaxing. This condo is situated at the back of the property at Kamaole Sands, however you will get sun on the lanai for the entire day and a beautiful ocean view of Kam III beach. The property itself is well maintained, extremely clean, and excellent location. The pool area is fantastic and a short walk from this building. Kam III beach is absolutely gorgeous, nicest beach I've ever seen. We are divers, we did a shore dive in Wailea and then snorkelled the rest of the duration. I recommend dealing with Scuba Shack to rent dive gear or snorkelling gear. Plenty to do in Maui, so much we couldn't do it all in two weeks. I strongly recommend you thumb through the binder that Karina has in the condo. Very informative information and recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Cafe o Lei is recommended and I would highly recommend it as well, fantastic food and outstanding service anytime we went there to eat. The condo is also equipped with beach chairs, mats, boogie boards which we made well use of. Thanks Karina! We will be back :)

  We were extremely happy with the condo and would recommend the unit to anyone travelling with kids. It was everything the photos represented and more. It was very clean, spacious, a great view with excellent amenities and was right across the street from the beach. We particularly enjoyed the beach accessories provided in the unit. The barbecue area was a nice relaxing area to sit and visit after a long day of enjoying the island. The owners were easy to deal with and answered any questions I had.

  We stayed at this property November and December 2011 and it was amazing. The photos do not do justice on this piece of property. It was beyond our expectations from the great shower facility when coming in from the beach, to the fully complete chief's kitchen for prepping meals ( thank you for stocking a wide assortment of spices), to being able to sit on the lanai and take in the sunsets. Kamaolesands resort has lots to offer from its great location to the great beaches for snorkelling to boogie boarding or being a kid and making sand castles. The pools, jacuzzi tubs and grounds are well kept. The owners go way beyond, always very helpful with information on the island, to ensuring that their unit nothing BUT the BEST, and is like your home that you are away from. When on the island, enjoy and relax from visiting the Maui Oceon Center, to doing excursions in Lahani, to cycling the West side of Maui, to enjoying morning runs from the condo out past Wailea, to enjoying paradise. We look forward to returning to this place of piece and staying at this beautiful unit that we called home. Thanks to the owners, Mahola!!!!!

  Choosing something on the internet can be slightly scary. Is the condo going to be what it looks like? Will we like where we are staying and will things go smoothly? I have to answer YES to all these questions. From the moment the decision was made to stay at 8-410 until our final farewell, it couldn't have been better. Karina was kind, gracious and extremely helpful from our first email to our last contact with her. The condo is actually better situated than I had thought. I was worried about being in building 8 at the back of the property. No need to fear. It was quiet, BBQ's very handy, the view was way...better than I had anticipated, the kitchen is to die for (every gourmand's dream). The unit is beautifully decorated and everything you need is there including WiFi. Loved not having to take keys with us each day the coded door is great. Nice furnishings, comfortable and very relaxing. There were even beach chairs and boogie boards. Dealing with Karina was a pleasure and she made sure our needs were met. We'd love to stay at 8-410 again, the sooner the better. Only small complaint is that the beds are pretty hard but that is the only thing. Fantastic holiday in a terrific condo. We've been to Maui lots but a couple highlights are the Maui Swap Meet on Saturdays at Maui College, restaurants 808 Bistro and Three's Bar and Grill. Thanks

  Thank you so much for letting us rent your condo. I am sorry we were not able to meet you - we had a very busy fun filled week. It was our grandson's first visit to the ocean and our daughter's first time to Hawaii. They both fell in love with Maui as did we! You have a beautiful condo - it was like being in Paradise! The books, games, etc. added a real home touch! We look forward to coming back to Maui soon!!

  We stayed in Mark and Karina's condo for 2 weeks in late November/early December. Our 3-year-old, 20-month-old, mother-in-law, and my wife and I were able to relax there with plenty of room. The kitchen was very nice - remodeled and clean, fully stocked with all the utensils/accoutrements you could ask for. The rest of the condo was very clean, with nice tiled floors. The bathrooms had very nice custom tiling and sinks. The location was great - right next to the Kamaole beaches, with plenty of inexpensive shops and restaurants in Kihei nearby. The resort is not crowded or rowdy, and the kiddie pool was very much appreciated.
