Been at High Pointe 1/2 dozen times, but this is the first time with a Gulf view. Loved lounging in bed watching the beach. Also made my first turtle out of sand! Always great activitiea and good food.

We had a wonderful time here! There was no oil, the beaches were absolutely beautiful and the water was so clear! Our children are 16, 13 and 10 and we all had a wonderful time together. We very much enjoyed your "home away from home" and hope to come back soon. We always hate to leave the beaches here in Florida.

We enjoyed our time here. The condo is very nice and felt like home! We began our vacation plans for Gulf Shores, but changed our location due to the oil spill. We were so relieved we had no issues with that on our many trips to the beach. We truly enjoyed the property and felt safe allowing our 12-year-old and his friend roam some on their own. I can see us coming here again. Thanks for providing such a nice place to land and relax. This was exactly what our family needed.

Hello I would just like to say that my family and I stayed at your condo from July 1. thru July 5. of this year. It was great! We really enjoyed the place. Everything was right there for us to use. I forgot my shampoo and needed to wash my hair right away and in the closet was everything that I needed. Thanks so much for such a great experience, my daughter really really had lots of fun. Master bathroom updated but mattresses in both bedrooms were extremely uncomfortable. Many bugs (ants, tiny mites, creeper in kitchen drawer and occasional roaches) in unit made us squeamish. Owner said she would take this up with management.

Owner response:It is summer and insects do get in. We were there on 6/23 and were with the exterminator as he sprayed. It is to be sprayed monthly. We stayed there for two days (6/23 to 6/25) and only saw one insect. As for the bedding, this is the first complaint we have had. We stay there every so often and have not noticed a problem. We also flip and rotate the mattresses ourselves regularly. We regret the disappointment.

I stayed in this beautiful condo on May 13-15. It was so clean and well kept! We had a wonderful time. The condo really reflects how much the owner wants the guests to enjoy themselves. The location is ideal and the view is breathtaking. It was like paradise! I definitely want to rent this condo again.

We had a great weekend on our first annual couples trip with no kids! Megan and I celebrated our 50th birthdays here! Our favorite restaurant is Stinky's in Santa Rosa Beach! The bikes were fun to ride -- we went from here to Seaside on our ride! The condo was lots of fun. Loved the tiki bar, too. Thanks!

We brought our 17-month-old twins for our first solo vacation. We had a great time. The babies loved the baby pool. We have all enjoyed walking and enjoying the area sites. The condo suited our needs perfectly. The view and the weather were perfect. The babies loved playing on the balcony, especially hiding in the little alley. They also loved running from the front door to the sliding glass door. Hiding in the curtains was good entertainment, as were the elevator buttons! Thanks for a great week!
