It's all about LOCATION! Summer Breeze sits high on the beach as Perdido Pass opens into Perdido Bay. The jetty provides an ideal site for fishing, dolphin watching, and viewing dramatic sunrises and sunsets.
Across the street, San Roc Cay Marina provides upscale retail shopping, a deli/bakery and restaurants, as well as a full marina. At the marina, you can charter a fishing expedition, rent jet skis, book parasailing, or just dine while overlooking all the marina activity. Across Perdido Pass, nearly a hundred acres has been preserved as a state park--great for fishing, shelling, beach walking, and solitude.
With only 21 units, Summer Breeze is one of the smallest complexes on the beach. Our emphasis is on family and privacy, and the complex is gated both from the street and the beach. Generous parking is provided, and the parking lot leads into the pool, deck and grilling areas. A private boardwalk leads to our less-traveled portion of the beach where the jetty corners some of the best waves and seashells in the area.
This unit is on the top, third level, with easy access to the elevator and stairwells. At almost 1000 square feet, the unit permits comfortable family use, and is tastefully decorated. The unit has tile floors throughout, has recently been painted, and new couches and mattresses were purchased in the fall of 2010. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds. A limited beach view and furnished balcony are accessed from either the living room or master bedroom.
