Williamsburg is a premier family vacation destination with in a days drive for half of the population of the United States. Multiple resorts may be available, if you have a preference please state. Choose from 1,2,3, or 4 Bedrooms, 2BRs are in more plentiful supply. Weeks, mid-week, or weekends are possible, availability permitting, just ask!

My rental is at about half what the resorts charge at the front desk. Email me with any questions at the link below, all inquiries quickly answered. Need more than one unit, great for family reunions, just ask.

Please plan ahead and plan early for best selection. Or, plan late and hope it's still available! I can get any date, any time of year, that's still available through my reservation systems.

  • We stayed at the Powhatan Plantation at the end of August, 2008. We had a very nice experience and it gave my family room to spread out as well as access to a lovely pool area (with a separate pool for the grownups!)for just a little more than the price of a hotel room. Good location, good value.

  • We stayed at Spence's condo for a week in mid-August 2008. The condo is beautiful and was fully equipped with everything we needed, including our own private hot tub!! The resort was very nice and we had a great meal at the Grille. Had some great walks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I'd highly recommend this place as the location is very central to everything yet you are away from all the tourist activity.

  • WOW! I will never stay in a hotel again. Powhatan Plantation was so friendly we could of stayed there playing in the pool everyday. Our condo was so nice and Spence was so helpful. I hate talking on the phone and Spence communicated everything on the computer and responded promptly. Thanks for a great vacation spot! We'll be back!
