I absolutely LOVED my stay here. Clean and cozy condo in a perfect location. Walking distance to main downtown attractions and also the Marta station. Staying here for the week was much more comfortable than any hotel. Whenever visiting Atlanta again, I will definitely consider this as my first choice!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I went to Atlanta for a football game and discovering this condo made it a near perfect weekend. The location is in the middle of the city's attractions. We parked in the nearby space provided and didn't move the car till we were ready to leave. A short walk got us to the dome and the world's largest fish tank and many great restaurants were a short walk away. No nearby grocery stores but a 24 hour CVS drugstore is nearby. A MARTA train station is also nearby if you want to fly into the city and avoid car rental. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The pictures are very accurate, the bed comfortable, the balcony view great, and the large TV has many choices, and the kitchen very stocked and easy to use. Overall a great deal.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed here over the Christmas holidays. It's in fair shape, but not the cleanest place. There was carpet in one of the bathrooms, and the other one had some weird stains on the wall and in the bathtub. And the bathtub was clogged. The floors were dirty and needed a good vacuuming. The bed was a bit soft, lumpy and squeaky for our liking. There isn't WIFI in this condo, despite it stating so on the VRBO listing. This was extremely disappointing, since we only had our Ipod thinking that we could connect to the internet. On our first night, we tried to order food (around 9pm). We called 4-5 places (from menus left in the kitchen) before 1 finally agreed to deliver. On the plus side.... - There were plenty of towels - Within walking distance to the Aquarium and the Children's Museum - Lots of books and dvd/movies - Spacious - Convenient outdoor parkingRecommended for: Age 55+.

My wife and I stayed for a week combo business and pleasure. What a great place with bits of London all over the place. Owner was very gracious, the place was in top shape when we arrived. Very comfortable! We will stay here next time if the opportunity presents it's self.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was the perfect condo for my 4 day stay in Atlanta. It is so convenient to MARTA and several good restaurants. The condo itself is clean and modern. This place was nicer than any of the comparably priced hotels. Thank you to the owner for making this place available.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 3/3

LOCATION- LOCATION-LOCATION Totally British shabby chic(very high on the chic!)- it was the perfect place to rest our weary bodies after a weekend of exploration made easy in Atlanta. You can walk to Coke/Aquarium-the Marta Peachtree Station is literally down the street. Extremely clean apartment. Owner is seriously well read- bookshelves are full of books and dvds.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

We've just returned from spending Thanksgiving in Atlanta. We were there to visit with family and were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a week knowing that the host's house was full up. We were very pleased with our choice. It was quiet, clean and comfortable and much more spacious than a hotel room. The full kitchen allowed me to contribute to the *Feast*. I particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony and the convenience of the location. We walked to the Aquarium and also to the Civic Center to see the King Tut exhibit (which ironically we had seen 30+ years ago). We have used VRBO before and had great success. I would certainly recommend the service and this unit as well.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2
