Siesta Key in Sarasota is known by its beautiful, clean, white-sand beaches and fine restaurants.
Our condominium is a two story townhouse, located just before the Stickney Point Bridge, which leads to Siesta Key, so you can easily walk or bike to Siesta Key Beaches. If you decide to stay on mainland, you can stroll downtown with many galleries, restaurants and shops. And did we mention shopping malls, beautiful Ringling Museum, Myakka State Park or how close is Orlando? There is a plenty to see and do while you here.
Here is a description of our unit:
The main living space is downstairs and has been just remodeled with new furniture. There is a fully equipped new Kraft Maid kitchen with new appliances,granite countertops,breakfast bar and dining area.Living room with brand new modern furniture and plasma TV. Sliding doors are leading to covered lanai with patio set and just steps to the pool.There is a half bath on the same floor.
Two newly furnished bedrooms, full bath, washer and dryer is on the carpeted second floor. Master bedroom has 1 king size bed,TV and balcony overlooking the pool.The second bedroom has two twin size beds. It is tastefully furnished and decorated, with a lots of closet space.

2 weeks minimum required.
$350 refundable security deposit due at reservation which becomes Cleaning/Damage
Deposit upon arrival. This deposit will be returned to you 30 days after a
satisfactory check-out. Security deposit will be non-refundable if renter fails
30 days before arrival date.
The rates are subject to 11% State and Local Tax.
