"Roulette” is a beautiful, new four bedroom, three bath home located in a prestigious gated community, about ten minutes from downtown Reno and about thirty five minutes from skiing. A clubhouse and large swimming pool are within easy walking distance of the home. Two golf courses are located close by, most conveniences (grocery store, restaurants, banking, etc.) are within a five minute drive.

On the lower level, the home has an office/bedroom with a twin day bed and trundle. There is also a desk with a high speed modem – in case you bring your laptop. A full bathroom and separate laundry room are just down the hall. The cozy living room has a gas fireplace and is open to the second floor. Just off the living room is the dining area which has a beautiful table with seating for six. Next to the dining area, and through a large archway is the fully tiled modern kitchen. The tiled kitchen island has seating for two - a perfect place for early morning coffee.

Upstairs, “Roulette” has three bedrooms, a loft area, and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and is next to a large bathroom with tumbled marble counters, a dressing table, two sinks, a separate shower, a walk-in closet, and a jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom, a full-size bed. A second full bathroom is across the hall. Overlooking the living room, is a small loft area with a twin-size futon for extra sleeping. The loft is decorated with a Nevada gambling theme – hence the name “Roulette.”

The home has a connecting two car garage behind the house. A gas barbecue is located just outside the front door.
