Our brand new bayfront townhome is located in the Toll Brothers Resort Community 'Bayside at Bethany Lakes'. Recently, Bayside at Bethany Lakes was named Delaware's Resort Community of the Year. The community features both an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, walking trails, and a 30,000 square foot Clubhouse equipped with state-of-the-art fitness center, pool tables, foosball, video games, conference facilities, and other amenities.
