With 1442 square feet of living space and a spacious 248 square foot gulf front balcony that overlooks the pool and the beach, you'll have plenty of room to stretch out. This is the much sought after "D" unit with two Gulf front master suites. It's one of the best floorplans on the beach.
WaterCrest is an elegant eighteen-story high-rise with only ten condos per floor. The building has four elevators so, you won't have to wait long to get to your home away from home.

The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner right at your fingertips. Dine inside or outside, it’s up to you! Best of all there’s no waiting in line and no reservations required when you vacation in your own condo instead of staying in a hotel room! The dining room has a beautiful tray ceiling and is elegantly appointed with a glass topped table with six chairs and three bar stools. If you don't feel like cooking, it's just a short trip to the World Famous Captain Anderson's and the Lady Anderson Dinner Cruise. Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean in the master bedroom’s comfy king-sized poster bed. We call this The Captain's Stateroom because you'll feel like the captain of the ship here. The nautical décor with a tropical twist is truly unique. This bedroom has a window overlooking the sea and a sliding door that opens onto the balcony. The view is spectacular. Enjoy the 30 inch LCD flat panel TV and DVD player or listen to your favorite CD. The large private en-suite bathroom has a large shower complete with shower massage.
You'll feel like you've landed on a secluded South Sea Island in the second ocean front master bedroom! We call this the South Seas room because of the tropical décor and distinctive rattan furnishings. The king-sized bed is a real tropical delight. This room has a sliding glass door and floor to ceiling windows opening onto the balcony overlooking the beach. The electronics package in this room includes a 32" LCD flat panel TV, a DVD Player and a CD player. The private en-suite bathroom has a shower/tub combination with shower massage.
The nautically inspired third bedroom has a queen sized bed and a bunk bed set. We call it the "Crew's Quarters." You'll love the whimsical decor and all the extra sleeping space. This room has a 25" TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. The large third bathroom has a tub/shower combination with shower massage and is conveniently located across the hall from the third bedroom. The laundry closet is adjacent to the third bathroom and has a stack washer and dryer.

We stayed in this condo for 3 nights. Beautiful it was just like the pictures. The owners are very nice and are willing to work with you to make your stay more pleasant. We have stayed in several condos in Panama City, but we all really liked this one. A great view from two bedrooms and living area. Our grandchildren loved this red couch. Thanks to the Millers for letting us stay in their home.

This is the nicest condo I have ever stayed in while in Florida. The pictures are exactly as what is in the condo. The furniture is not the normal Florida condo wicker things this is real heavy duty beautiful furniture. They have everything to make this stay fantastic. Hugh and Sarah are wonderful to work with. We even got to see the dolphins from the balcony.

Hugh & Sarah We all had such a wonderful time during our stay in your condos. There were 11 of us total, and we never once felt crowded. The fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and three baths were a dream, especially with 5 kids. Everything was just as mentioned, but the pictures don't do it justice, everything about the place is absolutely goregous. The views are simply spectacular from both units. My family and I stayed at this condo and it was just wonderful. All the pictures that you see are true to being there. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made it very comfortable for all of us. There were 5 adults, a 12 yr. and an 18 mo. old. We hope to go back again next year with 1 more addition that is due in Feb. Thanks again Hugh & Sarah for sharing your condo with our family.......

Dear Sarah & Hugh, We absolutely loved your Condo at the Watercrest. It was a fantastic place to take our family - kids and grandkids. On the second day of our stay my grandson asked if we were coming back to the same condo next year. I hope we have the chance to.
