Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Boca Grande, Cayo Costa, and Fort Myers Beach are some of the best beaches in Florida! Charter service for fishing, sightseeing, or shelling is available upon request. Some of the best sunsets in the world are located in your backyard! Within 10 minutes of Matlacha, with great art galleries. and the “World’s Fishingest Bridge”. Local musicians can be found almost every night of the week playing at local restaurants. Great bike path the length of the island. Dolphins and manatees can be seen from the back yard. We have another home 2 doors away (2 bedroom, 2 bath, with a boat lift). Great for larger groups; bring your friends!

My family of 4 stayed here for a vacation in May, 2012. The owners were great to deal with! AMAZING location! Very comfortable home, it had everything we needed and more. We've stayed in many different homes in St. James City over the years, and this one is by far the best! We can't wait to vacation here again next year. Thank you again, Cindy & Alan! You helped make our trip such an unforgettable time!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
