Our beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo has all the comforts you would expect and more. The condo
has 1340 square feet of living area. It is a split bedroom plan with both bedrooms containing king size beds. This arrangment affords you complete privacy. There are Cable TV's in both bedrooms along with the main TV in the living room a Dvd player VCR & stereo system with cassette player are also available for your enjoyment. We also have basic internet access for your laptop. This condo also comes with covered parking for your car. ISLA-DEL-SOL is a 360 acre island complex Once you have experienced the beauty of this area you will not want to leave it and will be looking forward to your next visit.
Disney World is approximately 90 minutes away. 30 minutes to Tampa International Airport. 20 minutes to St.Pete/Clearwater airport. Easy access to I-275.

This condo is everything that is advertised and more. This 4th floor condo has a breathtaking view of the bay. The condo is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The landlord has strict rules against smoking and because of it the condo has been kept in great shape. I would rhighly recommend this property and am looking forward to returning next season. La Puerto is quiet. There are plenty activities just across the bridge in St. Pete Beach.

Linda and I have vacationed in this area many times, but none of the places we have stayed comes close to the beauty and location of Mel and Barb's Condo. Stay and enjoy the pool/fantastic Condo or the beaches-shopping-restaurants-fun Parks. All are good choices. ENJOY!!

We HIGHLY reccommend a stay at this lovely condo. It is exquisitely furnished with so many "little extras" provided. The view of the bay shore is magnificent with entertainment provided by the dolphins. The unit is immaculate and extremely comfortable. Mel and Barb are the most accommodating and thoughtful hosts. We will surely return for another visit.

Our recent stay in Mel and Barb's condo was truly a slice of heaven. The area is absolutely beautiful and close to just about any activity desired in a vacation wonderland. The view from the balcony is breath taking and peaceful. The condo is very comfortable and well equipped with all the comforts of home. Can't wait until our next visit.

My Family and I immensely enjoyed our two week stay in a beautiful environment. Barb and Mel are very gracious and accomodating hosts. Easy access to the interstate is a time saver - and watching the Porpoises from the deck each morning was incredible. We hope to stay again next year - and I highly recommend Barb and Mel as hosts.

Our stay at your condo was wonderful. Twice as nice as a hotel, twice as large and less expensive. The condo was beautifully furnished and had every amentity necessary. The views were amazing. It was great to wake up to dolphins swimming by your windows, pelicans diving for fish and ending the day with beautiful sunset. We would stay again at Mel's condo and highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay at a luxury condo.

OUTSTANDING. LARGE, WELL EQUIPPED CONDO IS EVERYTHING THE OWNERS SAY IT IS. THE VIEW IS MAGNIFICENT. WE SAW DOLPHINS EVERYDAY AND THE LAST DAY WE MUST HAVE SEEN AT LEAST 20 DOLPHINS IN THE BAY. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT TO YOU.

We spent a month in this unit and plan to return next year. It is beautifully furnished, very well maintained and the view is incredible. Good location, quiet area but close to beaches and numerous good restaurants. Close, easy access to Interstate for travel. Did I mention the view is incredible?
