We believe in the"Wow" factor. The view of the ocean and pool are unencumbered except for a palm tree on one side, rolling dunes and sea oats on the other side and sea gulls that line up along the shore. This one bedroom is ideal for a family of four. The unit has been refurbished from floor to ceiling and everything is new but it is not the best part of the experience. It is the secluded beach. The condo's are not shoulder to shoulder. The beach is wide open with lounge chairs and umbrellas, clean sand, and aqua blue water.

The pools that flank the unit are spotless. One large pool, that is well suited for families with a huge shallow end, all visible from your deck, and the other pool is smaller, deeper and secluded. The walk ways to the beech are made of teak wood, smooth to the touch with showers and seating along the way. The complex is very family friendly with lots to do. You may never need to go anywhere after you arrive, except to experience reds.

Have you ever eaten reds? It is a shrimp unique to Gulf Shares. They are like no other and they are served at most restaurants. Gulf Shores has it all from formal to casual dining. Be sure to go to Lulu’s, Jimmy Buffets sister's restaurant on the Intercostals water way. From discount to one of kind shopping you can't do it all in one visit so plan on coming back and stay with us.

Vacation Rental Features
Amenities	Air Conditioning: Installed April of 2007. Please set air to 78 when you check out. Open the front door and use wedge provided then open the Patio door for a great breeze. Fans in every room. Washer: Across the hall, same floor, same building, coin operated. Fresh towels are provided daily by 24hr. housekeeping service. Dryer: Across the hall, same floor, same building, coin operated. Laundry facility on all three floors. Linens Provided: Daily towel exchange. Unit comes with pillows,blankets, and all you will need to be confortable. If you like your own pillow bring it with you. Off Street Parking: Usually next to the unit. You can use the parking lots on both sides of the unit. There is also a cart ramp mid way on both sides and there are carts available for loading and unloading but please do not bring the cart into the unit. Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: There are lots close by for parking trailers and boats but none in the lots closest to the unit. Elevator: you are on the first floor. There are a few steps to negotiate unless you use the ramp. The elevator can be used to access the other laundry facilities.
Beds	Double Bed: Master bedroom. Convertible Bed: Queen size hide a bed. Linens located in master bedroom.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: HBO, ESPN and all major cable channels. TV in bedroom and living room. Both have DVD's connected. DVD Video Library: The Mandoki Hospitality group on premise gives you a video card to check out DVD's at no cost. CD Player Stereo System Shared Hot Tub: Located next to the indoor pool at the end of the parking lot. Shared Pool: There are several pools in the complex. Two outdoor pools are located just outside your unit. One indoor pool w/ a hot tub is located at the end of the parking lot.
Kitchen	Full Kitchen Cooking Utensils Provided: If you want to cook crabs you may want to bring a bigger pot than what is provided. Don't forget your traps and bucket. Refrigerator Microwave: Plate size. Ice Maker Catering Available: Carry out available at most resturants and a few pizza places deliver. Resturant coming to the complex in 2007.
Outdoor Features	Charcoal BBQ Grill: You can't cook on the units deck but there are charcoal cooking stations at the end of each building. Deck/Patio: There are decks around the pools and at the end of each building. Lanai: There is one tall table and two bar stools. There is one standard size outdoor chair. This can only be accessed from inside the unit. It is not a back door.
View/Location	Beachfront: Low sand dunes are between you and the beech but they do not obstruct the view from the unit of the Gulf. There are teak wood walk ways that join the unit with the beach to protect the dunes and promote growth of sea oats.
Communications	Telephone: Phone is located on the wall in the kitchen giving you access to all the local services inside and outside the complex. Just dial 9 and you have an outside line. WiFi (Wireless Internet): Is available free in the complex. See the management for access points.
Other Amenities	Heated indoor pool, two outdoor pools flank the unit and are visible from the unit, outdoor cooking areas with grills, shared laundry in building, HBO and free DVD rental included, golf course on premise, Bay access across the street. Ferry to Mobile, AL., Wireless Internet available on-site, gated complex, security guards 24/7.
Suitability	No Pets Allowed Kid Friendly: The complex has a deep set back from the highway. There is so much for kids to do and the area has 24/7 security. You need to take the normal precautions depending on the age of the children. Basket ball courts and tennis courts are lighted, along with shuffle board and horse shoes. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: No one under 21 can rent this unit. Smoking Not Allowed
