This is a five year old unit (109) located on the ground floor adjacent to the swimming pool. A short walk takes you to the beautiful white sand beach that squeaks under your feet and the water is usually crystal clear azure blue-- great for snorkeling and SCUBA diving or just basking in.
Ariel Dunes II renters enjoy their own exercise room, sauna, steam room and three pools, one of which is just off our large patio. There is also a zero entry shallow pool for the little ones. Our large deeded beach at the Gulf of Mexico is a 3 minute walk down the side walk or about an 8 minute walk over a unique wooden walkway, or you can drive and park on the beach. You will also have access to a covered heated pool in the winter, a basketball court, bike rentals, the Seascape tennis courts, and an 18 hole golf course. The pools are free, and there is a nominal charge for tennis and golf.
Grocery stores and restaurants, tourist attractions abound nearby. The Whale's Tail restaurant is on the beach a short walk from the condo and offers great burgers and the drink of your choice. Another poolside restaurant, Cabana Cafe, is located in Ariel Dunes I. Other restaurants are within walking distance...fine dining with a view!
Destin is a lovely beach community, upscale yet friendly and affordable. We look forward to meeting you.

- Golf Course Front : The Seascape Golf Course abuts the parking lot just outside your door... you could walk to the clubhouse, although you would probaly rather drive.

I moved to Destin in 2001 from the Memphis area. I am a real estate agent, tennis player, and beach walker. I usually meet my renters at the unit and answer any questions and introduce them to the property. I own this condo with my brother who lives in the Tampa area. I look forward to meeting you.
Why the Owner Chose Ariel Dunes II
Ariel Dunes II is located in a large resort featuring 18 holes of golf, several tennis courts with lessons available, bike trails, basketball, beautiful lakes, and of course the best beaches in the United States...in my opinion. I bought this unit as a rental because I feel these amenities are unbeatable. A new building in this area provides an outstanding rental!...especially with the first floor convenience and the oversized patio by the pool.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
My unit is very comfortably furnished with firm mattresses and a happy decor. The dining table seats 8 comfortably. There are 3 tvs,a dvd player: games, puzzles, books, cards just in case you have a rainy day. For sunny days there are, buckets and shovels, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes that match the decor. The 1230 sq ft unit affords plenty of room to move around. There is an extra table for your laptop or for games. You can't miss having a great time in ADII #109.

Condo was clean, great location, quick walk to beach, pools are very nice, there was a problem with the drapery rod over the sliding glass door entrance to the patio, wasnt anchored properly and regardless how gentle we were it was still pulling out of the wall, condo association patrolled pool area constantly to make sure everyone had their armbands on-was to the point annoying about it, nice property overall, would recommend to another, also while condo was very clean and nicely furnished would have thought they would have tiled bedrooms as well- carpet was dirty from all the bare feet , we would stay here again
Recommended for:People with disabilities, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Thanks so much for the nice card, and for taking the time to return the button you found. It was a little button off of one of my baby's outfits. We had such a nice Spring Break, and really enjoyed your beautiful condo. The kids loved being so close to the pools. We will certainly refer our friends and hope to return ourselves.
