Brand new, Tastefully decorated 5th floor penthouse with almost 1700 square feet of luxury. This unit was completed in 2006 and is located in the exclusive Gated Community of Mystic Vistas. The Community is immaculately maintained and has 24 hour security. Our Lobby has a secure keypad entrance and a telephone door answering system. Our Unit offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Master Suite has sliding glass doors to the balcony, a 26" LCD flat panel TV, His and Her Climate controlled Walk in closets and of course it's own Private Master bathroom. The Master Bath has a Corner Garden Tub for relaxing, dual mirrored vanities, a private toilet closet and a floor to ceiling ceramic tile Master shower.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a Climate Controlled Walk in closet and it's own entrance into the guest bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and an 8 foot closet. The kitchen has all appliances, beautiful Granite countertops, a center island and offers the best of cooks a place to shine. It is completely open to the Dinning and Living rooms creating an open and enjoyable place to live and entertain. The kids will love eating at the Breakfast bar too. The living room has a very comfortable sectional sofa with room for the whole family. It faces a massive sliding patio door (biggest I've ever seen). It measures 8 feet high and 12 feet wide and when open, it brings the flow of the living room out onto the spacious balcony. Sit and read the morning paper on the comfortable patio furniture. It is a wonderful place to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening as the sun sets over your shoulder. Our balcony has a fantastic view and is very private but we do not face the water. I am one of the few Owners that will tell you that up front.
We have our own Laundry Room with Full Size washer and Dryer, Utility sink, cabinets, shelves and counter space. This Unit is Comfortably Furnished and is ready for you to walk in and relax. All the Furnishings are brand new. We also have an enclosed, private, oversized garage located under the building. Step out of your car and into one of two elevators without every having to go outside. This community has it's own private, secure, direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches in Cape Canaveral. The beach is wide and uncrowded, the water is warm and inviting and the view seems to go on forever. Jetty park, located at the mouth of Port Canaveral, is a short 10 minute walk down the beach. CoCoa beach Pier, Space Shuttle Launch's and Cruise ships can be seen from our beach.
The Gated community of Mystic Vistas is the newest and last Ocean Front community to be built in Cape Canaveral. If you're staying anywhere else, you're staying in an older unit. We have 4 individual swimming pools. A beachside pool at the clubhouse, full size lap pool, a family pool with seperate kiddie pool and a new kidney shaped heated pool with a seperate hot tub and restrooms.
Cape Canaveral is located 45 minutes from Orlando and is just minutes from Cocoa Beach, Cocoa Village, and Merrit Island which offers something for everyone. Gambling ships leave twice a day From Port Canaveral as do deep sea fishing boats. This Unit Books Quick. I already have 7 months of 2010 booked and I answer inquries everyday. We chose Cape Canaveral because it's one of the nicest places in Florida and the closest beach to Orlando. One reason we chose Mystic Vistas is because it is the NEWEST and LAST Ocean Front Complex to be built in Cape Canaveral. Second, The Beach. When I walked onto the beach the first time I new I wanted to own a piece of it. Simply beautiful!

We have 4 pools, the 2 heated ones are 30 yards from our door. With a Brand New Condo comes Brand New furnure. Our garage is great and full of beach chairs, boogie boards, wake boards, and 4 umbrellas.

Hello, This is a picture of me and my very good friend Dan. Together we own one of the most sought after Penthouses in Cape Canaveral. We are both Professional Firefighters in Ma. and Dan has just been promoted to LT. We met at the acadamy and began investing in real estate shortly after that. Together we are financialy strong and make very smart decisions. In these tough times not all condo owners can say that. Be sure you're renting from a financialy stable owner or you could lose your rent money and be left with no where to stay. I have NEVER had a complaint from any of my Guests. we had a wonderful time at this condo in Cape Canaveral. The condo was very nice, very clean and spacious. The owner is very helpful in giving information when needed. Hopefully we will get to go to this condo soon. Familiy Repgen from Germany and Christopher from Georgia.(April 5th untill April 15th)

The condo was exactly as described, but even better! My family and I went down to Cape Canaveral for the AAU Basketball Tournament and was pleased just driving up to the condo. Security was friendly and very thorough. The private beach was beautiful, quiet and the water was wonderfully warm. The decor of the condo was immaculate, clean and well supplied. We felt at home immediately. All amentiites were included and all we needed to do whene we arrived was to shop for food. It was great watching how close the boats were as they went out to sea from the ports. The shops and stores were conveniently close to the condo. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed our privacy during our stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone. I'll be booking another time real soon. Thanks for letting us be your guests.

This condo is especially nice for the price. New, clean and beautifully furnished. The huge tub in the master suite was great after a day walking the beach and riding the surf. We stayed the week of July 9th and especially enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The pool areas were clean and uncrowded. Although there is not a beach view - we did not miss it. the balcony looks out onto a green space and the gated community. The sunset over the community in the evening was pretty. The balcony has sun in the afternoon and I read there one day when I felt too lazy to leave the condo. My sisters and I had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and will stay here again when we return to cocoa beach.

This is a great property, especially for the price! We stayed here the week of Independence Day, 2007. It was a short walk (50 yards) to the uncrowded beach. From there we saw a rocket launch at Cape Canaveral, and the July 4th fireworks from Ron-Jon's. The condo itself was fabulous. Very quiet and easily accomodated our family of 5, including 2 teenage boys and their preteen brother. The master suite was huge! The owner was responsive and great to work with both before and after our stay. The next time we are at Cocoa Beach we know where we are staying!
