This seventh floor, two level, luxurious and spacious Penthouse featuring 18 foot ceilings, was completely remodeled and recently updated with all new furnishings. This Penthouse is our personal home away from home and we pride ourselves on having everything in good working order modern and sparkling clean.
The first floor features a Beautiful Master Suite with a King size bed and Queen size leather sleeper sofa. There is also a large walk in closet with Hotel safe, a mini bar fridge and entertainment area, 42 inch flat screen TV with DVD / CD player that is also I pod friendly. Master Suite #1 has a very large adjoining private bathroom which is very luxurious and has all the features and accessories of a 5 star bathroom.
The lower bedroom features two single beds,
(which can also be made into a King size bed for couples)
Lower Bedroom also has some great furnishings and is very spacious, there is also a very large, elegant 3 piece bathroom across the hall.
The spacious living room which is great for entertaining, features a 42 “ Flat Screen TV, with a top of the line Bose Home Theater stereo system DVD blue ray player, that is also MP3 and
I pod friendly. Simply put this living room / entertainment area is as good as it gets and is well set up for whatever you desire from a family gathering to watching a Sporting Event or dancing and having a small party.
The Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils for preparing your favorite meals. Kitchen has a great Mexican flavor with traditional Mexican tiles and beautiful cabinets. Dining Area has seating for 8 guests and also has a wine cooler that holds both red and white wines at different temperatures.
Note** we can arrange a Chef if you would like a Catered Meal prepared in the privacy of your Penthouse.
Located off of the dining room is a Very Private Terrace that has sweeping views of Downtown Cabo and the local mountains. The Terrace also features a Propane BBQ with a Bar table and seating. The Terrace is also one of the best spots in Cabo to enjoy a Great Sunset View.
The upper level features an entertainment area with a full size Pool Table, as well as a mini bar fridge and seating area.
Master Suite #2 is also located on the upper level and features a Queen Size bed and a sleeper Futon. There is also a large Closet area, a flat screen TV with DVD player and a great stereo system that is I pod friendly. Master Suite #2 has an ensuite large full bathroom that is very elegant.
The Upper Bedroom features two single beds, and has lots of storage space. The Upper Bedroom also has a very nice three piece private Bathroom and features a small window that opens up overlooking the Kitchen and dining area.
Note * All bedrooms have air conditioning and remote controlled ceiling fans.
Note * The twin beds can be made into a King bed upon request.
Note * Free Wireless internet is available in all rooms and on the terrace

we had a great time, the staff was excellent. Easy accessto beach and downtown. Everything within walking distance. Can't say enough. great specials at the restaurant and bar staff was very friendly would definitely come again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We booked this condo because of the 4 bedrms / 4 baths - for a sibling reunion of sorts. The unit itself worked very well for that. It's hard to find 4 bedrms for that price elsewhere. We also picked it because of the close proximity to downtown, so we could walk everywhere, however the downside of being so close was the noise at night - on the weekends. We were disappointed that the view from the balcony was the back of the mall parking garage ... I guess you can't have everything. Clint and Maggie are wonderful to work with. We were delayed in our arrival and Maggie actually called the car rental place on our behalf so they would stay open until we arrived.Recommended for: Girls getaway.
Owner response: Hi Jamie Glad you enjoyed your stay in the Sunset Penthouse and unfortunatly almost everywhere that you stay in downtown CAbo there is some noise at night. It impossible to get away from if you want to stay in the downtown area. The view from the terrace is alot more than just the back of the mall my Penthouse has an expansive 180 degree view of the whole City of Cabo. My Penthouse is on the 7th and top floor and our REsort is by far the tallest building in the area so we easily see over everything and that is why it has such an expansive view from the Terrace and gets great Sunsets and all the city lights at night. We felt very comfortable in this beautiful and well-maintained Sunset Penthouse! The listing description and photos accurately reflect what we experienced! We would highly recommend it to our friends and family!!! The beaches are splendid, the Marina a unique experience! We recommend the "Eco Cat" tour for a great photo opportunity and "The Office" restaurant right by the beach for breakfast!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Very spacious unit, comfortable, clean and all the amenties that one needs. This condo is very close to the beach and also very close to malls, stores and walking distance to the marina. Very secure building with helpful staff at all times. Lovely poolside restaurant and charming staff. The pool and hot tub are very clean. Laundry services available or machines at your dispossal. Small shop within condo for basic supplies. Large screen satellite TV's. i would recommend this unit to a large group who would all like to be together. Very economical. Looking forward to returning for another relaxing holiday.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

A couple of my friends and I were looking for a relaxing getaway vacation and this place turned out to be everything we were expecting and more. The owner that we booked the reservation with arranged for our transportation from the airport and personally greeted us upon our arrival to give us a quick tour of the amenities, pool, massage spa, bar and grill, etc. After celebrating with a couple of cold Corona’s on the patio of our spacious and beautifully decorated penthouse, we walked right down the street to a beautiful beach that had all the entertainment we were looking for. We hopped on a jet ski ride, checked out some of the Mexican beach bars, got massages right by the ocean, and then walked down to the end of the beach for a quiet and relaxing authentic Mexican dinner. Everything we wanted to discover about Cabo was within walking distance from our penthouse. Being in the penthouse was a luxury vacation in itself and we spent plenty of time just relaxing in the gorgeous rooms. I especially loved the setup of the spacious Master bedroom. The resort had everything we needed to relax by the pool, at the bar & grill, in our rooms, and the beach was always just a walk away. We got the best recommendations from the helpful hotel staff on where to eat and what activities to check out. I would definitely choose to come back here again with family and friends!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Stayed in this Penthouse about 3 years ago and its still maintained and in great shape as Clint definitly keeps everything in tip top shape. What we really noticed is the whole REsort got a face lift and it is probably rated a 4 Star Now , also noticed its #2 on TRip ADvisor for SPecialty Resorts and has many good reviews as well on Marina Sol . ALso the rates for this Penthouse are the same as they were 3 years ago , and it's definitly now the best value in Cabo.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
