We love to enjoy relaxing weekends at the beach with our family and hope to spend much more time at our condo when we (finally) retire. We also enjoy tailgating with friends at Auburn football games.

My family just returned from spending a week at the Jayes' condo and it was wonderful! The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and equipped with most everything you'd need to prepare meals. Our kids loved having the beach across the street, the bay area to hunt for crabs and fish and the pools all at their fingertips. For our family of 6 it was just perfect!! And it was so nice to work with Peggy, so sweet and easy going .

My family and I just spent spring break at the Jaye's condo and it was amazing! The condo is spacious, clean and has million dollar views. The building ammenities include a wonderful indoor pool and hotub along with a work out room and plenty of parking. The location is ideal with access to the beach, lagoon, restaurants, shopping, etc... My family and I can not wait to go back next year, it was a perfect vacation!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

Just wanted to drop a line and let you know that we had a fabulous weekend at your condo! The water was incredible. In fact, I have not seen the water so beautiful in a very long time. We are so glad that we did not let the recent oil spill scares keep us away. All of my friends raved over how lovely and first class your place is. We look forward to staying there again next Memorial Day.

The condo accommodations are as beautiful as shown in the online photos, and everything was immaculately clean. The accessories/necessities have been well thought out, and everything required for your stay has been included. We enjoyed use of the outdoor pool and indoor pool/spa, and the convenient beach access just across the street. The condo location was great for convenience to shopping, dining, and entertainment, yet just down the road enough to feel more private and away from the crowd. We hope to return again in the future, and would recommend this condo to all our friends.

By all means, Peggy, use me as a reference on VRBO!!!! Of course, that just means COMPETITION for available dates at your gorgeous condo! I have stayed at the Jaye unit at least three times a year over the past three years and have come to consider the Jayes as friends. I've brought numerous friends and family members to the unit and we always feel comfortable and relaxed in the ultra clean, well-decorated condo. I've spent wonderful summer vacations there and I love to bring my daughters there for the Shrimp Festival. I also celebrated New Year's at Lagoon Tower 302. It will become your favorite place in Gulf Shores too!

I believe that you will be very happy with your choice of the Jaye's condo on West Beach in Gulf Shores. It is very clean, well equipped (I hosted a Christmas Eve Day brunch for 10), nicely furnished and very comfortable. The building is located across the street from the beach; you will have a gorgeous view of the Lagoon and will witness some beautiful sunsets. West Beach tends to be much less crowded than the Perdido/Orange Beach area (my family owned a condo not far from Peggy's building for many years).

I was apprehensive when I first started using VRBO. Fortunately, we had a great experience with a condo in Orange Beach in 2007, (we stayed there twice) and then when it wasn't available the next year, we found your place at Lagoon Tower and now my daughter refuses to stay anywhere else! That's her "home away from home"! We have now stayed at Lagoon Tower 302 every summer since - this summer will be our third visit!
