Enjoy this professionally decorated tenth floor platinum unit located on the beautiful white sand of East Panama City Beach. From the covered parking to the fitness room, this unit provides the ultimate in vacation leisure.
This tenth floor unit sleeps six comfortably. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, two bunk beds and a queen size sofa sleeper.
The unit features a fully equipped upgraded kitchen, breakfast bar and separate dining area. Two full-size bathrooms and a washer and dryer.
The private balcony offers a fantastic view of the Gulf of Mexico has four patio chairs, a chaise lounge and table. The on-site management team provides the services that will allow you to enjoy your stay. You will have access to two pools, sauna, game and fitness room. (2) Beach chairs are provided during the summer season. Free long distance(US/Canada)and DVDs are provided with your rental package.
For rainy days, the unit has a 37 inch flat screen TV with DVD player and video connections. Another flat screen TV is located in the bedroom with DVD player.
To get away for awhile, Seychelles offers a child care program with fun activities on Tuesday's and Wednesday's from 10 am-2 pm and from 6 pm- to 9 pm. Children must be 4-12 to participate. The program is only offered during the Spring and Summer months.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
No renters under the age of 25 unless accompanied by parents.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and Check-out is 10:00 AM (earlier check-in is allowed if unit is ready).
10.5% Florida Tax is added to all bookings.
Optional Traved Guard Insurance can be purchased for 6% of the rental rate. This protects your trip from interruptions such as hurricanes, illnesses and emergencies during your stay. The insurance is completely optional.
