Enjoy time in the sun and relaxation in our beautiful and happy second home! We are located close to several restaurants and less than a mile from Pier Park. Pier Park offers you great shopping and a variety of restaurants to meet your needs. Our unit is located on the third floor and has a beautiful view of the emerald waters! This is a perfect location for shelling with the young ones (or the young at heart)! Our unit is ideal for families, children and anyone 25 and over!

Features include a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops and GE Profile appliances, dining area that seats four, breakfast bar for two and a washer/dryer. The extras are a coffee maker, blender, toaster, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The beautiful living area includes a 27 inch TV plus DVD and opens to a balcony with amazing views!

The master bedroom has a tropical feel with a king-size bed, two night stands and an armoire with a 24 inch TV plus DVD. The bunk area sleeps two guests. The queen size sofa sleeper in the living room sleeps two additional guests for a total of 6.

Emerald Beach Resort & Spa includes many first class amenities such as a beachfront heated pool, a Tiki Hut Bar next to the beachfront pool, a rooftop pool, two pools with a kid's splash area with a mushroom fountain and bucket water drop (located next to the resort lobby), snack bar, and two hot tubs. There is a Starbucks open and located by the lobby!! The Sky Bridge Sports Bar is open with Plasma TVs overlooking Front Beach Road.

  • This 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is very spacious and clean. The decor is really nice and the view is one of the best. Everything you need is right here in this condo. Great complex and amenities. The owners are great to work with. They are good to their word, everything was just as they stated and the response time for delivery of keys and refund of deposit was very efficient. You can't go wrong renting this condo!!

  • My husband and I stayed at the Beach Treat Sept. 9th-14th. The 3rd floor condo was great! The view is spectacular, the condo is nicely furnished with everything you need. The location of the condo is great! Covered parking...no hot cars! If you are looking for a really nice place, with a great price...this is it! The view is awesome! The Schneider's
