This is an extremely charming, large, bright studio located on the second floor of an old fisherman's house in the heart of St. Tropez. The apartment has been completely renovated and is very comfortable. It is ideally located in the La Ponche area of St. Tropez village, near the Citadel and steps to the sea. Although right near all the action of St. Tropez, the street is quiet. The apartment has two exposures, three large double-paned windows, and a view of the sea.

The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
My apartment is located in the heart of the village of Saint Tropez and yet it is extremely quiet. There is a small beach right outside the apartment. It is really a special place.
Owner's Map of St. Tropez
I am a residential real estate agent and I have lived in Manhattan all my life. I have spent many summers in the south of France and have always loved Saint Tropez. I never really seriously considered buying a place until one day when I had a bit of time to kill, I stepped into a real estate office. A broker showed me 3 apartments and I knew one of them was really special. It was a complete wreck and needed to be completely renovated but I couldn't stop thinking about the apartment. The location was great and the apartment was bright with 2 exposures and great views from all 3 windows. I bought the place a few months later and luckily I found a wonderful architect who came up with a great design and did a beautiful renovation. It turned out to be one of the best things I ever did.

After many days of cycling through France, we were looking forward to giving up the bike shorts for bathing suits and relaxing by the sea. We arrived in St. Tropez feeling a bit tired and weary and were so excited when we opened the door to the apartment. Modern, clean and an incredible view of the sea. It felt like home from from day one. The location couldn't be better..close to the sea, the shops and great restaurants. The added advantage is how organized Shelly is in providing directions to the apartment and additional information on the area. We would highly recommend this property.

We spent most of 2 weeks in this lovely little apartment. We could never be more happy with this amazing location, right in the centre of town! Leaving the windows open at night, you don't even need the air conditioning and you will lull yourself to sleep with the gentle waves right outside. Everything in this gorgeous studio is compact and well thought out. I would recommend staying here to young, sporty couples or singles as there are a few stairs to climb - well worth every minute when you arrive. I will be telling all my friends. Thank You!

We very much enjoyed our visit to this great apartment. This was our third visit to St. Tropez and we stayed at La Ponche on the previous two occasions. The listing and photographs perfectly define the property and it was in spotless condition. One concern we had was with respect to parking. The owner was extremely helpful in this regard and obtained a parking pass for us for the Parking du Nouveau Port, which was quite convenient considering how busy St. Tropez can be. The apartment is in a great location and close to everything. We live in Toronto and have visited France regularly for many years. We would highly recommend this property.

A lovely little pied-a-terre in the heart of St. Tropez, very close to the old port with views of the citadel and the small beach at La Ponche and the bay beyond. Well equipped small kitchen and bath. Charming and nicely appointed!

Having been fortunate to get to St. Tropez quite a few times, I can say that this apt. just might be perfect. Cozy and adorable (and everything is new) it's 100 steps from Senequier cafe and the port but faces the beach and the Citadelle hill. My several stays (in winter and summer) have been magical.
