Location: Miami Playa, Costa Dorada Area, Catalunya, Spain, Europe (120 Kilometres South of Barcelona)

This villa is a unique building, bauhausstyle, and situated on the outskirts of the village (quiet). It has a private garden with trees and shade as well as sunshine areas with a private pool (4x8 metres). The village has a trainstation with direct line to Barcelona (120 km) Valencia is 200 km. Luxurious golfcourse 3km. Beach is 1 km. For small and large kids there is plenty of fun such as discotheques at 3 km, many restaurants and bars on the beachboulevard. Children playgrounds at the beach.

Compared to the other houses in the region this is a large house, with roofterrace on the seaside looking over the village and towards sea and lower mountains. Neighbours are mainly spanish and local. The best time (wheather-wise) is from may till november. In the spring and autumn the nights are cool, even in the summer there is many times a nice mountain breeze in the night. During the day temperatures are between 20 and 30 degrees celcius. The sandbeaches are quiet.

The house has large bedroom on the groundfloor with an additional babybed and a bathroom. On the first floor there is the kitchen, diningroom and livingroom and a small bedroom. The topfloor has 2 bedrooms a bathroom and a large roofterrace. In the garage there are bicycles for adults and children. In the garden there is plenty room for kids to play. The street is very quiet and our childeren play there football. At the end of the street (800metres) there is a supermarket and a poolbar with sometimes live spanish music. Our kids love to go there in the evening. Very lively and the childern enjoy the atmosphere. For larger kids there are some nice discotheques 2 or 3 miles from the house.

There is a large yaughting harbour where one can hire a boat or go to the many small fish restaurants. Reus is a small town very beautiful for shopping and sightseeing. We always take the train if we go to Barcelona.
