Condo Description:
This is an 1,100 s.f. 2BR/2BA condo. There is a master bedroom with a walk in closet. The master bedroom has a view of the ocean and a sliding door to the very large patio. The family room and kitchen also have an ocean view. The second bedroom has its own bathroom. The unit is across PCH from the beach on the first floor. It has white water views and night lights of the pier and north to Palos Verdes and Long Beach. The complex has a pool and jacuzzi with ocean views and a gym. There are two assigned parking spaces in the subterranean garage. The entry and bathrooms have tile floors and the second bedroom has wood floors. The kitchen counter tops and bathroom counter tops are ceramic tile. All of the windows are two years old and have double pained glasss.
Area Descripton:
Downtown Huntington Beach which is on Main St. is a 10 min. walk either through the neighborhood, along the walking and bike path or along the beach. Also at Main St. is the pier which has a Ruby's restaurant at the end of the pier over the water. There are lots of shops, bars, movie theater and restaurants on Main St. with just about any kind of food you can imagine. The condo is a few steps away from the beach or literally across the street. It is a huge sand beach with miles and miles of walking going in either direction. Lots of people ride bikes or beach cruisers.
