Newly renovated June 2007-Two bedroom cottage located in quiet area on a dead end street. One block from private sandy Humarock beach. The backyard is along a marsh and across the street is the South River. Shopping and dining are within walking distance. Parking is available for 2 cars and off street parking as well.

One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a set of twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. The house comfortably sleeps four to six people. Marshfield is ideally located about 20-25 miles south of Boston (and north of Plymouth virtually eliminating the Cape Cod traffic.
