Perfect winter ski house, very close to slopes and tubing, great fireplace to dry ski wear for the next morning and a cozy Jacuzzi for telling tales of the trails. Slope side Ski Townhouse located in Snow Ridge Village on Jack Frost Mountain. Ski-in/Ski-out with enough natural snow, otherwise it is a quick walk to Ski trail. Close enough for my five year old to walk to trail in his Ski boots.

Summer-time enjoy quiet screened in porch, access to Lake Mountain Club, sail boats, row boats and kayaks are available for rent, pools, and tennis.
Short drive to Jack Frost National Golf Course (one mile), 15 minute drive to Big Boulder Mountain, Pocono Speedway (Pocono 500 and Pennsylvania 500).
Close to Lehigh River white water rafting, Mountain biking and fishing, Irish Celtic Festival, Blues Festival, Split Rock Wine and Food Festival, and Mohegan Sun Casino.

Owner Description
We live in Delaware County Pennsylvania. Our chilren are 7, 5 and 1 and they love goin to the Ski House. Unfortunately, being involved with Ice Hockey prevents us from using the house as much as we'd like to, so we like to share our home with others when we can't use it.
Why the Owner Chose Jack Frost Mountain
We've had JFBB season passes for 10 years but used to have a home that was a 20 minute ride from the Ski Area. A few years ago this home became available and we snatched it up. Our home is located in the East Woods section of Snow Ridge Village, right next to the ski trails. We picked this unit because we can ski in and out when there is enough natural snow in the woods. During the day we can easily come home for lunch, hot chocolate or to take a break. The Kids" Grand Parents enjoy walking to the trail to watch them ski/board by. Now we enjoy not having to drive and and park the car when we want to ski!
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse
Because we are so close to the ski trail we don't have to drive to the lodge when we want to ski. It is nice to go when you want, instead of coming and going from the mountain as a group we can all come and go at our pace. It is so cool to get out of the car upon arrival and hear the snow making equipment at work making fresh snow for the next day. When the kids were too young to ski they could hang back at the house instead of the crowded lodge while mom and dad took turns skiing. At the end of the day the fire place and hot tub make for a very cozy Apres Ski hang out.
