We are in the middle of luscious tropical landscaping, with palm trees and the cool tropical breeze.
You are situated within walking distance to the Mauna Lani Resort, where the beaches, shops and restaurants await you. We have a private beach and beach club were you can enjoy lunch or drinks and snacks. Chairs and towels are provided for you while you enjoy the best snorkeling, playing in the water or enjoying the sun. Sea turtles frequent this area, and you can watch them swimming in the water.
Before you arrive at the resort, you will see the new shopping complex that contains Tommy Bahamas restaurant and Ruth Chris Steak House. You can enjoy your favorite coffee at Starbucks, or cool off with an ice cream cone.
Our affordable Palm Villas Luxury Retreat has a large Master Bedroom and Bath with a shower and tub. The Master bedroom comes with a King size bed and a TV. The closet is a large walk-in with plenty of room. The other two spacious bedrooms are Queen size beds, and provide for sleeping 4 people. They have mirrored closet doors and one of the bedrooms has a separate TV. The common bathroom has a tub/shower. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryers, and nice thick bath towels. You will be sure to sleep well with the island breeze and the memory foam mattresses.
The gourmet kitchen features granite serving island, dishwasher, microwave oven, conventional oven with stove top, plus all dishes, glasses, utensils and appliances such as coffee maker and grinder, toaster, blender you will need. There is a full size side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Inside there are some bottles of water to start you off.
The granite island has bar stool seating for four people.
There is a beautiful glass top dining room table with seating for six. Above the table is a beautiful chandelier.
The living room area features Hawaiian style cushioned chairs, a sofa bed and a decorative island chandelier.
Enjoy watching TV in the living room with a large flat screen TV.
The living room is complete with Cable TV, and DVD player.
We have broadband High Speed internet (Wi-Fi) for you to keep connected. Also for your convenience we have a telephone with Free Unlimited Long Distance back to the mainland.
The lanai has a built-in propane gas grill with a roll top hood and an overhead exhaust hood and fan. The bistro table and chairs are perfect for watching the gorgeous sunsets. The counter has a wet bar sink. From the lanai, you will enjoy the spectacular view of the black lava waterfall pool, and garden.
Don’t pack a lot of clothes because there is a stacked washer and dryer to get you ready for the next day.
There are golf courses, shopping and lots of wonderful restaurants.

Hello, we are Bill & Barbara. We have six children and 13 Grandchildren. We live in Southern California but visit many areas. We love to travel and see how God created such a different look everywhere we go.

We bought this wonderful condo because our daughter had just come back from buying her third condo. She was telling us what a wonderful site this will be and it is all she said.
