This is THE family friendly beach on the east shore of Higgins Lake - with beautiful white sand, crystal clear, shallow water and a brand new cement boat launch for your jet skis or small ski boat.
The home contains all the amenities needed to enjoy yourself, including large sunroom.
Unwind with a game of pool or darts after a great day at the beach or ski slopes. The full kitchen allows the chef in your family to prepare meals inside or outdoors on the BBQ grille. The large two car garage allows ample, secure storage for all your "toys".
