This is a wonderful stunning, completely renovated, one bedroom apartment on the 25th floor of a classic midtown Atlanta high rise.

For the last nine years, we have been privileged to be the owners of a similar company in Paris, France (Our Home in Paris), where we have many wonderful properties that are renovated and designed for the sophisticated business or vacationing client.

This apartment is modeled after our Parisian ventures, with wonderful herringbone wood floors, thai silk curtains, totally renovated high-end kitchen and bathroom (gorgeous white marble), and comfortable and elegant furnishings providing a practical and visually pleasing residence for a guest visiting for an extended period of time. The designer, Rick Flinn, is an expert in historic preservation, and he is well known for his work as the former Director Of Restoration of the Fox Theatre.

We offer a fusion of a comfortable residence, with all of the amenities of a five star hotel, including housekeeping, linens, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and ADSL/ WiFi/ fax/ copier/ scanner/ answering machine, and large flat screen hi-definition TVs in both living room and bedroom, with full cable service including CNN/BBC.

The balcony faces downtown, with breathtaking views of the night-time twinkling of sky scrapers. And, Piedmont Park is only a half a block away, and the sunrise is magical.

The building is very well maintained, with it's own health club, and a very friendly and professional CONCIERGE service, dry cleaners pick up and delivery options, as well as reserved, covered parking.

We also INCLUDE FREE CHAUFFEUR pick up from airport for guests staying 7 nights or more, and he will take you directly to your apartment, carrying bags all the way!.

Also available: CELL PHONE RENTAL and FRIG STOCKING SERVICE (both would have additional charges).

All of our apartments are spotless - and we use the "WHITE RIBBON" policy - that is, all linens, blankets, robes are wrapped in a white ribbon that tells our guests: this item has been freshly laundered.


Who is the perfect client for this apartment?

1 - Visiting professionals: lawyers, professors, physicians who need a comfortable, fully equipped apartment for a prolonged stay, and who will take advantage of this premium midtown location.

2 - Visitors and tourists who would appreciate an alternative to a hotel, with much more value, amenities and space.

3 - Guests who would want TWO or THREE apartments, side-by-side to be close to family or colleagues, yet who would also want the privacy of separate apartments. (see VRBO 119364 for the apartment next door, and 186411 for another apartment in the same wonderful building).

Please note: these are elegant, small apartments, best suited for the needs of 2-4 guests. These are really not ideal for a group or party experience, and maximum number of guests per apartment, including those renting, would be 6 persons per apartment.

The view of downtown Atlanta was a plus and we took full advantatage of the proximity to Piedmont Park. The apartment reflects total warmth and elegance, and that combined with Jim's wonderful suggestions and attention to every detail made for a truly relaxing experience. Spotlessly clean, wonderful concierge service, friendly neighbors, gorgeous garden area, and proximity to museums, theatres, and great restaurants (not to mention the view!) all made this a fabulous place to stay.   • The will be no disappointment staying at this beautiful property. Your host sees that all your needs are met, the luxury of the Ritz at the cost the Hampton Inn. The view is amazing, and the furnishings, fine linens, thoughtful accessories and supplies for your use are over the top. What a blessing not to have housekeeping pounding on the door in the morning, or a bellman agressively taking possession of your luggage when you can more than handle it yourself. Numerous restaurants are a short and safe walk away, and the Mayfair is easy off and easy on the Interstate. No nickel and dime charges - this is a great way to spend a couple days or a couple weeks. Have fun!

  • This apartment lived up to all our expectations. The view of the skyline is unbeatable, the apartment is beautifully furnished and well-equipped (the kitchen is quite large, actually). The building is very well located in Midtown, close to Piedmont Park, many good restaurants, the High Museum, the Atlanta Symphony and the metro. The icing on the cake is Jim's attention to detail - he wanted us to call after we checked in to make sure the apartment was up to our expectations, then he called the next day to see if we needed anything. He even suggested a great hair stylist for me! The apt. would be tight for 4 people, but it would work OK. We would definitely stay here again.
