We rented 3 of the units at Mayfair for a weekend trip. We loved each of the units but the view from this one was my favorite. When we travel, our accommodations are very important. We recently returned from the Ritz in St thomas and I will say that these units and the care and attention to detail was equal. The units are beautiful .I especially appreciated that the Mayfair is a beautiful building with lovely public areas. The neighborhood is welcoming.The owner and manager are very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend these to anyone! I can't wait to visit Paris.

My husband, 18 year old daughter and I just returned from a wonderful weekend in Atlanta where we stayed in Jim's beautiful apartment. First of all, the apartment is located in one of my favorite locations in ATL, just a block away from Piedmont Park, where we walked to attend Midtown Music Festival. I had a similar feeling at this apartment that I have staying in New York just off Park Avenue at Central Park. Everything was immaculate, with updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, the view from living room and standing on the balcony was stunning; fluffy white robes awaited us in the large luxurious bathroom. All the linens were top grade. We truly felt pampered and will return many times to this Atlanta get away. Thanks Jim, Audey and the helpful, friendly concierge!

This was the better than any hotel experience we have had in Atlanta. The location is ideal, the building has great amenities and the apartment is perfect. Such attention to the details that make traveling a bit easier was much appreciated. The entire OHIA team worked well together to ensure a terrific experience.

My fiancé and I stayed at Jim's place for a week recently and it has everything you could ever need for a weeks vacation. We received a warm welcome from the concierge, the condo was emaculate, there was enough linen for at least 6 people. We made breakfast, went for a run at Piedmont Park, had lunch and dinner at restaurants that are within walking distance. Great shopping is well within 15 mins. We were able to conduct business via great wireless access. The concierge even help us with concert tickets. This is the ideal location for couples in town for business or pleasure and Jim's beautiful home is the perfect place to stay. I can't wait to make it back to ATL, I will definitely make reservations for Jim's condo.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Mayfair Tower. The condo was lovely, very clean and very well-maintained...the kitchen looked as if it had never been used! And the view at night... the twinkling lights of the Atlanta skyline were just beautiful! It is in a great location and within walking distance to several fine restaurants.( If you like seafood I highly recommend" Oceannaire" just a short two blocks walk away from the condo...a bit pricey but well worth it!) Audey, the private concierge for the owners of the condo, was so easy to work with and very helpful in every way! We would highly recommend this property to others!

We were meeting friends in Atlanta for a two night stay and found these properties online. We rented two apartments (next door to each other) and both were exceptional. The apartment descriptions were so accurate we felt familiar when we entered. The owner and his representative were extremely helpful while booking these properties and also very attentive during our stay. They both called to check on our satisifaction with the apartments and if there were any questions or if we needed anything additional - personal service at its best! Overall, the furnishings were high-end, comfortable and very well maintained. The location was perfect - close to Piedmont Park, the Botantical Gardens and just a short walk to the MARTA. We would definitely recommend these units and we also hope to return there on our next Atlanta get-away.

I have stayed in many hotels as well as several apartments both in the US and abroad. This particular apartment greatly exceeded my expectations. The luxury of a Four Seasons or Ritz with the privacy and space of a home. The apartment was immaculate, beautifully furnished with luxurious touches like wonderful sheets and bedding, plush towels and robes. The location and views were exceptional (and pricing was about $125 less than the W across the street for a basic room and $20/day parking). I would definitely prefer this and stay here again. Check in/out was a breeze.

My family and I had a terrific time staying at this condo. Although we did not get to meet the owner in person during our stay (he was away when we were there), we still felt as if we were taken care of. The place is super clean, classy, and yet very warm and cozy. I think this place will be our home away from home whenever we visit Atlanta. In addition, the staff is first class! We also loved the concierge staff. They were very helpful and friendly to us. We felt very welcomed during our stay there. In addition, the tight security (controlled access) was an added bonus and piece of mind for us. Overall, we loved our stay! :-) Thank you again for everything and we look forward to our next ATL visit at your home.

Our stay at Mayfair City View South exceeded our expectations. The accomodations were tastefully decorated and immaculately maintained. The view of downtown Atlanta was a plus and we took full advantatage of the proximity to Piedmont Park. Jim Braude overlooks no detail in making you feel welcome and insuring that your stay will be wonderful. We have already booked our next trip and have invited our friends to come and stay in another Mayfair apartment.

We've recently returned from a four-day stay at the Mayfair, and concur with every positive comment posted...it was even lovelier than expected! The apartment reflects total warmth and elegance, and that combined with Jim's wonderful suggestions and attention to every detail made for a truly relaxing experience. Spotlessly clean, wonderful concierge service, friendly neighbors, gorgeous garden area, and proximity to museums, theatres, and great restaurants (not to mention the view!) all made this a fabulous place to stay. The will be no disappointment staying at this beautiful property. Your host sees that all your needs are met, the luxury of the Ritz at the cost the Hampton Inn. The view is amazing, and the furnishings, fine linens, thoughtful accessories and supplies for your use are over the top. What a blessing not to have housekeeping pounding on the door in the morning, or a bellman agressively taking possession of your luggage when you can more than handle it yourself. Numerous restaurants are a short and safe walk away, and the Mayfair is easy off and easy on the Interstate. No nickel and dime charges - this is a great way to spend a couple days or a couple weeks. Have fun!

This apartment lived up to all our expectations. The view of the skyline is unbeatable, the apartment is beautifully furnished and well-equipped (the kitchen is quite large, actually). The building is very well located in Midtown, close to Piedmont Park, many good restaurants, the High Museum, the Atlanta Symphony and the metro. The icing on the cake is Jim's attention to detail - he wanted us to call after we checked in to make sure the apartment was up to our expectations, then he called the next day to see if we needed anything. He even suggested a great hair stylist for me! The apt. would be tight for 4 people, but it would work OK. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the lovely MayFair Tower (Unit 2506)and would recommend it to anyone that is particular about cleanliness and beauty. It was such an enjoyable stay with beautiful views of the city and the park. There are fabulous restaurants really close by and a "Bliss Spa" across the street. The MayFair is one classy place to stay. We did not want to come home after our event was over. Everyone that works at the MayFair is there for your assitance. We will never stay in a hotel again while in ATL. Dr. Braude is A++++ in our book, and he will be hearing from us soon as we plan our future business trip's there. I am so impressed that when we will be in Paris in June we are going to stay in one of his units. Highly recommended. P.S. It is so centrally located to everything.

Classy, comfortable and convenient, this condo is a sparkling jewel in midtown Atlanta! Our view of the city was spectacular, and the condo was equipped with every convenience. We spent Christmas there and our host had even left a lovely poinsettia. Walking distance to great restaurants and the High Museum, it has safe covered parking and great security. Our family gave it a unanimous thumbs up!

I had the pleasure of staying in 2506 recently and it was a wonderfull experience. We had decided to visit Atlanta to attend a party in the nearby Piedmont Driving Club enroute to a golf trip to Florida. A friend suggested staying at the Mayfair apartments. As we were male golfing buddies we were initially concerned about the one double bed however this was resolved by the sofabed in the living room which we set up very easlily. (we may have been the first to do so!)The apartment was beautifully appointed and fitted out with all the modern conveniences. Granite worktops in the kitchen, parquet floors, comfortable spacious bathroom, huge fridgefreezer (by our standards), washer/dryer, TV and internet connections. We were able to walk to the PDC and also to the Colony Mall where we had breakfast in Goldbergs the next day. The parking lot was well organised and secure and even freshly painted, just prior to our arrival. As we were jet-lagged from our transatlantic journey we were awake early enough to enjoy a glorious sunrise from the east across Piedmont Park and Stone Mountain. We went to a home Georgia Tech ball game against Clemson on the nearby campus which was a unique experience. We also visited the Aquarium before departing which I can recommend to any tourist who may not need to visit the local shopping malls. I hope to bring my wife on our next visit to Atlanta and I look forward to showing her the luxurious Mayfair apartments.

I have stayed in several apartments in Atlanta and this one is by far the best. It is very well located with secure parking, and the quality of the mattress (I've been disappointed with other rentals) and furnishings are of a higher standard than one typically finds in a rental apartment. The towels were Ralph Lauren Polo and the sheets and comforter were of high quality too.

I had the pleasure of staying at 2506 Mayfair recently. Everything is stylish and new, and spotlessly clean. There are designer touches throughout including beautiful granite counter tops, crown molding, frosted-glass French doors, bright new hardwood floors and exceptional recessed lighting. The 25th floor view from the private balcony looks towards Piedmont Park and beyond with a clear view of the downtown Atlanta skyline. The view is especially beautiful at night. We enjoyed that the living room and bedroom each has its own large, flat panel TV complete with digital cable and HBO. Also, the queen size bed was super comfortable with surprisingly nice all-cotton linens. The large bath area includes all new fixtures and more cool designer touches such as the all-glass shower doors and more recessed lighting on dimmer switches. The apartment even includes its own washer and dryer which would come in handy for longer stays. We walked to the Colony Square Mall (which is directly across the street) where there are many reasonably priced dining options. We also walked to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens one afternoon. You could easily do without a car here since the MARTA transit station is only 3 short blocks away. MARTA connects to the ATL airport, to downtown, and to the Lenox Square area where the shopping is great. We felt completely safe at the Mayfair including in the parking garage area. In addition, the staff were very friendly during check-in and helpful when we were first entering the parking area. The hosts have paid attention to every detail that made our stay in 2506 very pleasant and comfortable.
