My family and I loved staying in this house! Plenty of room for all of the kids. The master bedroom was very luxurious and had a nice fireplace. The bed was so comfortable! The kids loved having their own oversized rooms. Everything was clean and we didn't have any problems. This was the perfect home for us to spend our holiday. We will definitely be back next year!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

House was amazing. We found it very comfortable and relaxing. We had a fantastic weekend. We took night walks to the beach and were able to drive and park closer to beach access during the day. House is just a short drive to the malls, and Baytowne. We liked that we were far enough away from the busy part of Old Destin, but close enough to drive to it. We cant wait to come back and stay longer.

This is a good size house. Large bedrooms and kitchen. The location is good, however; it's a little too far to walk with small children and beach toys, bags, ice chest, to the beach. The house is decorated really pretty and has nice furniture and bedding. There are things in the house that do need repair, the dishwasher isn't connected well and moves around, the freezer part of the ice box is very hard to open. The upstairs air doesn't work well, even though it was just replaced, we arrived to find dirty towels and the house wasn't really clean. We had rather large roaches to deal with the whole week, so we just didn't feel as though it was what it appears for such a nice house. We have stayed in many vacation homes, some not as nice but they were a lot cleaner than this one. Just needs a real good detailed cleaning and dusting. We did have a good time in Destin!

WOW....my Family and I were truly impressed with the quality of this home and very pleased with the neighborhood. The beach was absolutely incredible. We are definitely looking forward to going back to this vacation home again. Overall awesome experience. Would recommend this to anyone that is looking at vacationing in Destin, FL.
