2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOM + BUNKROOM - SLEEPS LIKE A 3 BEDROOM.

This brand new beautiful condominium overlooks the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 12th floor of the newly constructed Legacy II Tower, This professionally furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium offer 1279 Sq. Ft. of living area.

The Living Room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper, a 32" TV and a Bose 321 Home Theater Center with AM/FM-CD-DVD.

The Master Bedroom has a King-Size Bed, a 32" TV, a huge private bathroom with a garden tub, a seperate shower, a double vanity with granite tops and a large walk-in closet.

The second Bedroom has a Queen-Size Bed, a 20" Flat Screen TV and a double closet.

The Bunk Room has a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed, accommodating 8 People comfortably.


The kitchen is equiped with the top of the line appliances, granite counter tops and is fully furnished for the gourmet cook.

The dining room has a table that seats four as well as a breakfast bar that seats two. just off the dining room is a wet bar.

This unit comes with a fully furnished 227 Sq. Ft. balcony that offers a breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico and a western view that allows you to see the new Island View Casino.

My wife and I live in Louisiana; therefore we have an onsite manager. Not only will he meet you upon your arrival and departure, it will be like having your own concierge. He will be glad to organize your golf packages, charter fishing trips, island excursions or a day at the water park. He will also keep you informed of concerts and shows at the casinos, as well as suggesting a few local restaurants. We want your stay with us to be relaxing & enjoyable. Once you stay with us, we know that our second home will become your new gulf coast destination.
