Beautiful riverfront w/ boat slip, deck, concrete dock, swimming, volleyball

Great, quiet place on the Guadalupe River east of New Braunfels about 15 minutes. Near Lake McQueeny. This section of the river is called Lake Placid. It is suitable for boating, skiing, jet-skiing, fishing but not tubing (although you can certainly lounge in your tubes at the dock). There is a shady, sweeping lawn of carpet-grass and pecan trees down to the water. You will enjoy sitting on the deck and watching the boats and wakeboarders buzz up and down the river or watching your family swim or playing volleyball at the net.
There are only four houses on this section of the river (and on a dead end street) so very little traffic around you. Inside you will find everything you need. There are 3 sofas and sectionals for additional sleeping besides the king and queen-size beds in the two bedrooms. Fun Décor, TV's in master bedroom and den. You can even use our canoe.

- No Pets Allowed: Failure to follow our no-pet policy will result in loss of $500 deposit.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be 21 or older to rent. Wild parties, over-capacity not allowed. Will be evicted.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Lingering scents of cigarette smoke will result in loss of the $500 deposit.

$1250/wk (5 nts at $250, 2 nts free).
Off season only. $200/nt. Weekly $800. Monthly $1350.
No credit cards. $500 Damage Deposit required at reservation.
Full rental amount due 2+ wks minimum before arrival.
Damage Deposit returned after cleaning.
