We welcome you to enjoy our newly remodeled home at four South Beach Lane in the beautiful South Beach area of Sea Pines! We know you'll enjoy this beautiful vacation home as much as our family does! It's just a short walk to the beach from our sixth row home down the private beach path, we're on the "Ocean side" of South Beach, so the kids can enjoy some waves! Make sure you look for the dolphins and many wonderful wildlife that grace this beautiful island.
We've recently remodeled our home updating the kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops, updating all bathrooms, adding a large patio by the pool, etc. The home features a large private pool and large hot tub (both are very large for what you'll normally find on the island, our kids love them!) and both can be heated for an additional charge. We've installed wireless high speed internet and there's TV's with VCR and DVD, including a big screen high definition TV in the downstairs den just off the pool (great spot for Dad to catch the games while on vacation). There's two master bedrooms upstairs both with king-size beds and then there's two additional bedrooms downstairs each with (2) twin beds. There's a sleeper sofa in the basement den as well and an additional two rollaway beds that can be pulled out when needed to sleep up to 14.
Our home is professionally managed and you will have full access to the local management company's front desk for maintenance service, maid service, and help with reservations at various activities such as golf, tennis, dolphin watching tours, bike rentals, waverunners, water skiing, powerboat and sailboat rentals, etc.
You will have discounts and full access to golf at the three beautiful golf courses in Sea Pines including Harbour Town Golf Links (home of the PGA Tour's Verizon Heritage held April 15th to 18th in 2010), our favorite The Ocean Course, and the newly re-designed Pete Dye Heron Point course. There are many other courses you can play on the island including The Trent Jones Ocean Course at Palmetto Dunes (another personal favorite).
It's a short ride down to South Beach Marina featuring full or half day fishing trips, dolphin watching tours, restaurants, and of course the world famous Salty Dog Café, a must for every visit to enjoy the music, drinks, and fun for the whole family!
