This is a beautiful three-story waterfront townhome on scenic Lake LBJ. The townhome has a gorgeous open water view from the living room, master bedroom and deck.
Enjoy the 600 square foot deck which extends over the water facing east to take advantage of the beautiful sunrises and for shade in the afternoon. The deck is beautifully decorated and has very quality and comfortable seating for 12. It comes equipped with a stainless steel grill and an electric awning. A one stall boat garage with a lift that will hold up to a 22 foot boat and a double jet ski ramp are included for your use.
There is a high quality pool table in the game room for your evening entertainment. The master and second bedrooms have queen-size beds and the third bedroom has twins. All the bedrooms are very comfortable. The living room, game room and each bedroom has just been updated with new flatscreen LCD TV's
LBJ is a beautiful constant level lake and Horseshoe Bay is a premier resort community. Boating, swimming and jet skiing are at your back door. Golf, restaurants and a movie theater are just minutes away. The local marina has boat and jet ski rentals along with a water park that the kids will love. Fiesta Texas and Sea World are just over and hour away in San Antonio. You will be less than and hour from Austin or the historic town of Fredericksburg. This is a great place to stay when you are here for that wedding. No- matter what your reason for staying, just come and enjoy, you won't be disappointed!
