Our two-bedroom, two-bath, Unit 16B Blue Surf Townhome in Destin, Florida is located just across from beautiful Miramar Beach. The beaches are cleaner and as white as ever!
The redecorated two-bedroom unit has two balconies with fantastic Gulf views. Each bedroom and bath is located on a separate floor and at different sides of the townhome to provide maximum privacy for two couples or a couple with children. A spa tub has been installed in the master bath. Both bathrooms have wall-mounted hotel-style hair dryers.
We also have two other two-bedroom units at Blue Surf (Units 6 & 7) and a one-bedroom unit (Unit 16A) located at ground level just steps from the heated pool. In Unit i6A, enjoy a cup of coffee on your private patio right next to the pool.
Blue Surf, with only 26 units, has been a family favorite for several years. You'll enjoy spacious grounds, close beach access, lush tropical landscaping, charcoal grills, a seasonally heated pool, shuffleboard court, and convenient access to area restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and other activities. In addition to wireless internet access, unit 16B is stocked with a variety of board games, puzzles and videos for your enjoyment.
Complimentary daily beach service of two chairs and an umbrella is set up for you on the beach. Pompano Joe's, a landmark seafood restaurant on the beach, is only steps away.
This two-bedroom unit has two designated off street parking places and has been completely remodeled--new kitchen, baths, furniture, and décor.

My husband, Bill, our two children and I (Christine) live in Minnesota. We have been coming to Destin for 13 years. We purchased our first Blue Surf unit in 2002. Since that time we have added two more Blue Surf units because we like the complex so much.
Why the Owner Chose Blue Surf
Blue Surf is an exceptional property: It's small (only 26 townhomes)and well located right across from Miramar Beach Park and close to other area amenities. The units are spacious and every two-bedroom unit has a fantastic, unobstructed view of the Gulf and our well landscaped courtyard. There is also plenty of green space for family games and fun and a lovely pool.

This was our 14th year to stay at Blue Surf. We've stayed in seven different units throughout the years. This was by far the most beautifully decorated unit. We loved working with the Deans! We hope to come here many years to come.

This is our fourth year here at the Blue Surf, and we love it. This newly renovated unit is the nicest here at Blue Surf. The fireworks over the Fourth were awesome. We will continuew to come back every summer!

Very well equipped--the knives were even sharp! Christine, you did a wonderful job on this condo. We enjoyed our time here very much, and the weather was wonderful. The pansies are a nice touch. I had a small bouquet on the table.

We had a great week at Blue Surf! Loved the view from the two balconies and the easy walk to the beach. Having a beach card for an umbrella and chairs was a great convenience. We hope to return next year.
