Our two-bedroom, two-bath Unit 16B Blue Surf Townhome in Destin, Florida is located just across from beautiful Miramar Beach. Following a major restoration project, the beach is bigger and in better condition than it's been in years.
The newly redecorated two-bedroom unit has two balconies with fantastic Gulf views. Each bedroom and bath is located on a separate floor and at different sides of the townhome to provide maximum privacy for two couples or a couple with children. A new spa tub has recently been installed in the master bath. Both bathrooms have wall-mounted hotel-style hair dryers.
We also have another two-bedroom unit (Blue Surf Unit 7) and a one-bedroom unit (Blue Surf 16A) located at ground level just steps from the heated pool. In this unit, enjoy a cup of coffee on your private patio right next to the pool.
Blue Surf, with only 26 units, has been a family favorite for several years. You'll enjoy spacious grounds, close beach access, lush tropical landscaping, a seasonally heated pool, shuffleboard court, and convenient access to area restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and other activities. In addition to wireless internet access, unit 16B is stocked with a variety of board games, puzzles and videos for your enjoyment.
Complimentary daily beach service of two chairs and an umbrella is set up for you on the beach. Pompano Joe's, a landmark seafood restaurant on the beach, is only steps away.
This two-bedroom unit has two designated off street parking places and has recently been completely remodeled--new kitchen, baths, furniture, and décor.
