Our nice, two-story streamside, GARDEN VALLEY, IDAHO VACATION RENTAL CABIN is near the town of CROUCH in a serene setting on a bluff overlooking a beautiful stream with beaver, native trout, elk, deer, and every kind of wildlife imaginable. World-class whitewater for kayaking and rafting is nearby in this beautiful mountain valley setting - only one hour north of Boise.
Sit in the new hot tub on the deck and enjoy an awesome panoramic view of the valley and the sound of the running stream below. After a fun day of the best outdoor activities in the West or simply some peace and quiet with a good book, enjoy the stars overhead while soaking in the hot tub.

Located off the Middle Fork of the famous Payette River, this home is the perfect VACATION RENTAL CABIN base for a family, group of friends, or romantic couple get-away! There is excellent fly-fishing on numerous rivers and streams - for native Bull Trout, Cutthroat, Browns and Bows, Whitefish, etc. River runs for kayaking or group rafting range from easy tubing to Class 5 rapids!
The entrance to the Boise National Forest is right down the main road. An 18-hole golf course is nearby. The town of Crouch has a General store, Saloon, restaurant, outfitters, and even a rodeo in the summer. Numerous natural hot springs are nearby via easy and more challenging hikes in the Boise National Forest.
The area has access to all winter activities including 850 miles of snowmobile trails, cross-country skiing, and downhill. World-renowned hunting is also nearby, in season.
The home's master bedroom has a king-size bed, and a picture window overlooking the stream and beautiful valley below. Two full bedrooms plus a loft sleep six. There are two full baths with showers, and plenty of hot water. Amenities include Air Conditioning in the summer as well electric and wood stove in winter.
There is a brand new six-person spa on the deck with glider chairs, for absolute solitude under the stars! There are three acres of land to play on, with 200 feet of private stream access, as well as area for horseshoes, volleyball, bonfires, etc. There is also plenty of room for kayak, canoe, and horse trailers.
Our home is on a private road with easy access year-round. It is available weekly and on a longer-term basis.

The week in Crouch at Spencer Cabin was first-rate, all around! Six of us stayed the week and we were plenty comfortable, both in terms of sleeping space, hot water and so on. Gerold was a great host and local guide. He made sure we had directions on where to go fishing, rafting and so on, and was always available. Two thumbs up!
