My family & I had a wonderful time! The condo was just as the description said. It was great and met all our needs. The owner is very nice & super easy to work with. We communicated often from the time I booked it up until shortly before our arrival. There were not a lot of crowds, the weather was perfect and we could not have asked for a better weekend. The location of the condo is very convenient to the "T". It is just short of a mile away from The Hangout, souvenir shops & lots of great local restaurants. We look forward to returning!

This was a great place to go- we booked it last minute and it was "just right". Quaint, clean, relaxing and close to the beach. Thumbs up! :)

My family and I stayed for a weekend at this location and enjoyed it to pieces. The property was near all the sites and away from the crowds. The beach access was wonderful and afforded you the opportunity to enjoy the coast and hunt for shells. I would recommend this property to any small family planning a short gettaway.

Very nice clean condo and usable for the two of us. Kitchen had full amenities. Beach was convenient -- just a short walk across the street. King bed in master was very comfortable. Wifi worked perfectly. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

We had a great time here! When we made the reservation, we had two boys and had started the stages of adoption for a little girl. We thought it would take over a year. It didn't! AND we adopted 2 girls (sisters) 2 weeks prior to vacation. I called the owners and explained that we had 6 now and she gave me more info on the sleeper sofa. Ours boys loved sleeping in the Living Room to watch TV and the girls slept great in their room. Our King bed was very comfortable as well! It was a great vacation and bonding for our family. The little "extras" at the condo made it feel more like a home than a rented place. Thanks!

We just returned from our stay at your condo and we all had a great time minus the rain. Your condo was as described; very nice, clean, comfortable and stocked well with everything we needed. The pools were well maintained and clean and the kids really enjoyed while not at the beach. We had such a great time and we would recommend to anyone.

The condo was just as described. Beautifully decorated, Charming, great location. Very clean, has all the amenities you could need. We could not have been more pleased. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay stop looking. I will definatley be staying here again on our next trip to Gulf Shores.

My family and I just returned from our wonderful vacation in your beautifully decorated condo. I thought I was looking at a picture in a magazine when we walked in. It was soooo nice, and the furnishings were so comfortable. We had our 2 grandchildren with us, and it was so easy to get down to the pool with everything that accompanies children. We loved it. Everything was so close, restaurants, the grocery, shops, etc. Thank you for providing such a warm and comfortable place to enjoy the beach. And that also was beautiful. I'm so glad we went. Thanks again, we'll look forward to the next time.

Thank you sooooo much for letting us take advantage of your 3nights 1 night free special. Loved the location and everyone at the condo complex was extremely friendly and helpful. The water was nice for the family to enjoy. Very convenient to the little convenient store, resturants, kids entertainment and most of Foley. Thank you again and I would recommended your condo for others to rent.

We do appreciate you giving us such a generous deal. (Rent 3 Get 1 Night Free) We were planning on going down regardless of the oil situation (unless they closed the beach from just sitting on the beach) as we don't go to play in the water anyway. We can always jump in the pool! We've been coming to Gulf Shores for almost 25 years. So it is our second home. The condo is great and my wife and mother-in-law really like the way you have it decorated! Again, thanks for your hospitality in allowing us to rent your condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was just the right size for myself and wife and her mother. The unit is neatly decorated. The beds are very comfortable (no rolling to the middle when two are in the bed!) The shower heads are great too. There is easy access to the beach. When not on the beach we spent a lot of time on the deck just watching all the traffic and people go by. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone interested in a great value. Even thought across the street from the beach, it is easy to get over and get on the beach. I've had much longer walks to get on the beach from units that were on the beach. 4 adults would be the max to comfortably stay. My only wish was a washer/dryer, but it really is not a problem for short stays as ours (4 days). The owner is very gracious in working with you. Also, available with cell phone or emails.

I agree with you that a washer and dryer would be nice in the unit but the cons out weigh the pros. It heats up the units so much in the summertime is one of the cons. Great Location and Rate

Our visit was extremely exceptional. The condo is very well decorated and has great atmosphere. The pools were perfectly clean and well maintained. It is in a wonderful location with easy access to the beach. For the rate, I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay in Gluf Shores. Fun in the Sun

This was my second time staying in this rental. It is very nice and inviting. The rental had all the extras we needed to cook and keep clean during our stay. Across the street from beach access, but partical gulf view, which is a nice extra. The only problem we experienced during this stay was noisey neighbors. Also, other tenants did not obey the pool hours, which kept us up at night. Due to being across the street, I wouldn't necessarily recommend for children, but it's a great inexpensive spot for couples and/or all girls trip. I plan to use this rental again.

Owner response:I am so disappointed that this is my first review. I appreciate the 4 out of 5 stars which is as close to being perfect as you can get. I hate that I was not notified at the time so that I could have taken care of the noisey poolers situation immediately. My phone number is posted in many places and my guests are urged to call day or night for any inconvenience. In the 15 years we have had our units at Las Palmas we have only dealth with rowdy vacationers very few times. I find most of the time people are on vacation and just not aware of how noisey they are and show respect when made aware of their actions. I strive to make sure my condo is one of - if not the BEST unit in our complex and I guarantee your stay will far exceed your expectations.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at your condo so much! It is so well decorated and clean and the beds were so comfortable….the pictures on your site don’t do it justice. We loved that it was so easy to get to the beach but also loved the two pools there on the property. And the fact that it is only minutes away from all the great restaurants in Gulf Shores made it all the better. Thank you for making our stay at the Gulf so relaxing and fun….we can’t wait to get down there again next year!
